India ki fast ga US & europe ki late ga deeni reactions vuntai if Taliban likes to continue their old ways of working and mindset. Next steps :- India has to be in touch with Talibans and try be friends to maintain status quo. Monitor few months how Taliban is functioning then decide if world has to come together to take the full control of Afghanistan instead of depending on only US to control . every country stake ( Military ) should be there to control this area. that way we can control both China and Pak. Husker Posted August 16, 2021 Author Share Posted August 16, 2021 ఆప్ఘనిస్తాన్ ప్రభుత్వం…తాలిబన్లకు సరెండర్ అయ్యింది. అష్రఫ్ ఘనీ ప్రభుత్వం అధికార బదిలీకి ఒప్పుకుంది. ప్రజాస్వామ్య దేశం తుపాకీ మూక చేతుల్లోకి వెళ్లింది. అసలు ఆ దేశానికి ఈ పరిస్థితి ఎందుకొచ్చిందో., ఈ టోటల్ ఎపిసోడ్ లో అమెరికా చేసిన పొరపాట్లేంటో ఇప్పుడు చూద్దాం! ఆప్ఘనిస్తాన్ లో రెండు ఐడియాలజీల వర్గాలు ఉండేవి. అవి 1) కమ్యూనిస్టులు 2) కట్టర్ ఇస్లామిక్ వాదులు వీరినే ముజాహిద్దీన్ లు అంటారు. వీరిద్దరి మధ్య అధికార పోరాటం జరుగుతుండేది. అయితే ఆప్ఘనిస్తాన్లో కమ్యూనిస్టులు బలహీన పడడాన్ని చూడలేని కమ్యూనిస్ట్ దేశమైన USSR అఫ్ఘాన్ లోని కమ్యూనిస్ట్ నాయకులకు తన సపోర్ట్ ను ఇవ్వడం ప్రారంభించింది. అదేసమయంలో అమెరికాకు USSR కు మద్య కోల్డ్ వార్ ఉంది. అందుకే అఫ్ఘనిస్తాన్ పై USSR పట్టు ఉండకూడదని ….. కమ్యూనిస్టులకు వ్యతిరేక ఐడియాలజీ కలిగి ఉన్న ముజాహిద్దీన్ లకు తన సపోర్ట్ ను ఇచ్చింది అమెరికా. అమెరికా నుండి డబ్బు, ఆయుధాలు అందడంతో ముజాహిద్దీన్ గ్రూప్ మరింతగా బలపడింది. దీంతో అఫ్ఘానిస్తాన్ లోని కమ్యూనిస్టుకు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు ఎదరయ్యాయి. 1991లో USSR విచ్ఛిన్నం అవ్వడంతో USSR కు అమెరికాకు మధ్య ఉన్న కోల్డ్ వార్ ముగిసినట్టైంది. ఆ తర్వాత అప్ఘాన్ లో ఉన్న కట్టర్ ఇస్లామిక్ వాదులు 1) అల్ ఖైదా 2) తాలిబన్ లుగా రెండు గ్రూప్ లను ఏర్పాటు చేసుకున్నారు. ఆప్ఘానిస్తాన్ ఇలా మారడానికి అమెరికా కారణమని భావించిన ఆల్ ఖైదా చీఫ్ ఒసామా బిన్ లాడెన్ అమెరికాలోని వరల్డ్ ట్రేడ్ సెంటర్ పై 2001లో 9/11 దాడులు చేశాడు. అప్పుడు అమెరికా ప్రెసిడెంట్ జార్జ్ బుష్ . తమ దేశంపై దాడిచేసిన ఆల్ ఖైదా చీఫ్ ఒసామా బిన్ లాడెన్ తో పాటు అల్ ఖైదాను అంతమొందించాలని దాడి జరిగిన నెక్ట్ నెల అంటే అక్టోబర్ లోనే బుష్ తమ బలగాలను అప్ఘనిస్తాన్ కు పంపించాడు. తాలిబన్ లు కూడా అల్ ఖైదాకు సపోర్ట్ చేస్తున్నారని తెల్సుకున్న అమెరికా తాలిబన్ లను కూడా టార్గెట్ చేసింది. ఎట్టకేలకు 2011లో పాకిస్తాన్ లో దాక్కున్న ఒసామా బిన్ లాడెన్ ను చంపేశాయి అమెరికన్ బలగాలు…. అమెరికా బలగాల చేతిలో చావుతప్పదని భావించిన చాలా మంది తాలిబన్ లీడర్లు లాడెన్ తో పాకిస్తాన్ లో తలదాచుకున్నారు. పాకిస్తాన్ లో తమ బలగాన్ని తమ ఆయుధ సంపత్తిని పెంచుకున్న తాలిబన్లు తిరిగి ఆఫ్ఘనిస్తాన్ వచ్చారు. 2001 నుండి అమెరికన్ బలగాలు ఆప్ఘనిస్తాన్ లోనే ఉన్నాయి. అయితే జో బోడెన్ అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడయ్యాక…. తమ బలగాలను ఆఫ్ఘన్ లో ఉంచడం వేస్ట్ అని భావించాడు. అనవస వ్యయాన్ని తగ్గించుకోవాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో తమ బలగాలను ఉపసంహరించుకుంటానని ప్రకటించాడు. దీనికి ముందే తాలిబన్లను ఓ మీటింగ్ ను ఏర్పాటు చేసుకొని కొన్ని అగ్రిమెంట్స్ చేసుకున్నారు. అందులో తాలిబన్ల కాల్పుల విరమణ, అన్ని వర్గాల వారితో చర్చించి ఒక రాజకీయ పక్షాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవడం, ఆఫ్ఘనిస్తాన్ భూభాగం నుండి అమెరికాపై ఎటువంటి దాడి జరగదని హామీ ఇవ్వడం లాంటి ఒప్పందాలు ఆ భేటిలో జరిగాయి. ఒప్పందంలోని అన్ని అంశాలకు తాలిబన్ చీఫ్ హిబాతుల్లా ఓకే అనడంతో ….. సెప్టెంబర్ 16లోపు తమ బలగాలు ఆఫ్ఘాన్ భూభాగాన్ని ఖాళీ చేసి వెళ్తాయని జోబైడెన్ ప్రకటించారు. కానీ అనుకున్న దానికంటే ముందే అమెరికా బలగాలు బగ్రామ్ ఎయిర్ బేస్ నుండి చెప్పాపెట్టకుండా రాత్రికి రాత్రే ఖాళీ చేసి వెళ్లిపోయాయి. 2001 నుండి అమెరికా అఫ్ఘాన్ లోని తన సైనిక కార్యకలాపాలన్నీ ఈ ఎయిర్ బేస్ నుండే నడిపింది. ఈ విషయం తెల్సుకున్న తాలిబన్లు 20 నిమిషాల్లో ఆ ఎయిర్ బేస్ ను తమ కంట్రోల్ లోకి తెచ్చుకున్నారు. అక్కడే ఉన్న అమెరికన్ ఆయుధాలను తమ చేతుల్లోకి తీసుకున్న తాలిబన్లు అక్కడి ప్రభుత్వాన్ని కూల్చడమే తమ ధ్యేయంగా ముందుకు కదిలారు. ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలను తమ ఆధీనంలోకి తెచ్చుకుంటూ….ఫైనల్ గా ఆఫ్ఘాన్ లో తాలిబన్ల రాజ్యాన్ని స్థాపించారు. 4 కోట్ల జనాభా ఉన్న ఆఫ్ఘాన్ లో అరాచక పాలన స్టార్ట్ అయ్యింది. అగ్రరాజ్యాల చొరవతో ఈ సమస్యకు త్వరలోనే పరిష్కారం చూపాలి. లేదంటే అక్కడి విజయంతో తాలిబన్లు పాకిస్తాన్ ,ఇండియా, బంగ్లాదేశ్ లాంటి దేశాల్లో తమ పట్టు పెంచుకునే ప్రయత్నాలు చేసే అవకాశముంది. Raaz@NBK Posted August 16, 2021 Share Posted August 16, 2021 మన దేశం 2001 నుండి అఫ్గనిస్తాన్ కీలకమైన ప్రాంతం కావడంతో ఉగ్రవాదాన్ని ఎదురుకోవడానికి, సివిల్ వార్ నుండి వారు పుంజుకోవడానికి దాదాపు 3 బిలియన్ డాలర్లు అఫ్గాన్ లో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టింది. ఇప్పుడు మనకి తాలీబాన్ తో అధికారిక కమ్యూనికేషన్ లేదు. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో ఉంటుందో లేదో వేచి చూడాలి.
