sonykongara Posted August 12, 2016 Author Share Posted August 12, 2016 ఏపీకి ఇప్పటి వరకూ ఏమీ ఇవ్వకపోగా… మనం సంపాదించుకున్న కంపెనీలకి కూడా మోకాలడ్డుతున్నారా అంటే అవుననన్నదే ఆన్సర్. అడ్డే ప్రయత్నం అయితే జరుగుతోంది. అది ఎంత వరకూ సక్సెస్ అవుతుందో చెప్పలేం. ఆమాట కొస్తే… కాదు కూడా ! కానీ ఇంటెన్షన్ ఇంపార్టెంట్ కదా ! దాని గురించే మాట్లాడుతున్నది ! దక్షిణ కొరియా కంపెనీ కియా ఏపీకి వస్తోంది కదా ! దానికి మోకాలడ్డేందుకు మహారాష్ట్ర ప్రయత్నాలు మొదలుపెట్టింది. మా దగ్గరకి రండి ఏపీకన్నా మెరుగైన రాయితీలు ఇస్తామన్నా కదలకపోయే సరికి ఏకంగా ఢిల్లీ నుంచి నరుక్కొచ్చే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు సీఎం ఫడ్నవీస్. ప్రధాని మోడీ పేషీ నుంచే ఒత్తిడి తెచ్చేందుకు రంగం సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నారు కూడా ! ఎందుకు ? మోడీకి అంత అవసరం ఏముంది అంటే రెండు కారణాలున్నాయ్. ఒకటి పార్టీ పాలిత రాష్ట్రం మహారాష్ట్ర. రెండోది ఫడ్నవీస్ మోడీ ప్రతిష్టించిన సీఎం. అతను సక్సెస్ అని ప్రూవ్ చేయడం ఈయన బాధ్యత అనే ఫీలింగ్ ఎలాగూ ఉంటుంది. అందుకే ఇపుడు వ్యూహాత్మకంగా పావులు కదిపే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నారు. అయినా వర్కవుట్ అయ్యే అవకాశాలు కనిపించడం లేదు. మహారాష్ట్ర ఇపుడు జారుడు బల్లమీద ఉంది. అందుకే ఏపీకొస్తున్న కంపెనీలను అడ్డుకొట్టేందుకు ముందు నుంచి ట్రై చేస్తోంది. ఇదేం మొదటిసారి కాదు. ఇంతకుముందు ఫాక్స్ కాన్ లాంటి కంపెనీలపైనా కన్నేసింది కానీ… ఆకట్టుకోలేకపోయింది. ఇది కూడా అలాంటి ప్రయత్నమే కానీ అసలు ఏం జరుగుతోందో చెప్పడానికే ఇదంతా ! KIA Motors sells several models, Sportage, Optima, Cadenza, Soul, globally and has manufacturing facilities in Korea and Mexico.Kia Motors Corporation’s July 2016 global sales figures (export sales, domestic sales and sales from overseas plants) for passenger cars, recreational vehicles (RVs) and commercial vehicles had recorded a total of 2,42,758 units. This figure represents a 5.4% year-on-year increase compared to the same month of 2015. Meanwhile, state chief minister J Jayalalithaa has denied reports that investors or businesses were moving away from the state to neighbouring Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. Jayalalithaa said though the chief ministers of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, N Chandrababu Naidu and Siddaramaiah, had met investors in the state and offered sops like free land, no company has left Tamil Nadu. “If a business has to be profitable in a state, the first requirement is proper maintenance of law and order which is in the best shape in Tamil Nadu. Because they made Central Govt. soaps for projects if they put in TN......but now CBN is in field.....He is giving all subsidies including 100% input subsidy, 100% subsidy in water, land, 24/7 power etc.....he is also throwing all expertize available in construction, making availability of spacce in & around PORT etc. Only CBN is utilizing 100% sources make in india program...that's why they are into AP. Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu are front runners for this mega project. KIA earlier inspects a site in Sri City and later Tamil Nadu government offered 390 acres to setup the company’s factory unit. Now, we are told that AP is offering 500 acres in Anantapur district. These lands are in Penugonda and Hindupur constituencies. Close proximity to National Highway and International Airport comes as an advantage. Representatives of KIA reportedly visited Anantapur twice. Water availability seems to be their only concern here. The government is offering lands near to Gollapalli Reservoir. The government is assuring water to this reservoir from Handri – Neeva Canals. So the government has assured the company that they will have no issues with water. The company is reportedly mulling over setting up a factory with annual capacity of 3,00,000 units. It is emerging that the company has almost zeroed in on Andhra Pradesh for setting the shop. We are told that they will take a final call on the location this week. Anantapur or Nellore may be the options as of now. A key meeting between the company and the government is taking place today. The company is reportedly mulling over setting up a factory with annual capacity of 3,00,000 units with an investment of around 5000 Crore. Hyundai has a facility at Sriperumbudur, about 40 km from here. KIA Motors sells several models, Sportage, Optima, Cadenza, Soul, globally and has manufacturing facilities in Korea and Mexico. Kia Motors engaged in talks with several other states like Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and the neighbouring Tamil Nadu as well. But it is said that Andhra Pradesh government has offered them better incentives to consider the state.
