కాకినాడ, ఆగస్టు 8 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ఈ నెల 31న తూర్పుగోదావరి జిల్లాలో పర్యటించనున్నారు. జగ్గంపేట మండలం రామవరంలో నిర్మించిన పురుషోత్తపట్నం ఎత్తిపోతల పథకం రెండో దశను ఆయన ప్రారంభించనున్నారు. అక్కడే పురుషోత్తపట్నం లిఫ్టు ఇరిగేషన్‌ ఆయకట్టు రైతులతో చంద్రబాబు ముఖాముఖిలో పాల్గొంటారు. అదే రోజు గోకవరం మండలం మల్లవరంలో గ్రామదర్శిని కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొంటారు. జగ్గంపేటలో డిగ్రీ కాలేజీని ప్రారంభిస్తారు. ఉపాధిహామీ పథకంలో చేపట్టిన పనులను సీఎం పరిశీలిస్తారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి పర్యటన ఖరారైనట్లు జగ్గంపేట ఎమ్మెల్యే జ్యోతుల నెహ్రూ తెలిపారు.
