Govt sector lo unna companies ke chaala spending undhi IT meeda............like e pragathi project, transco, genco, discom etc, Commercial tax & VAT etc. Veetillo okka ocmpany ke maa vallu 40 mandi support istunnaru. By next june all have to mandatorily move to VJA. Oka chinna clause pedithe chaalu.........Those who support should support from VJA ani! Easy ga oka 500 jobs move avutaayi!

 

These being public sector companies, they are a very lucrative deal and companies cannot miss it.

Leading IT Major, Cognizant had evinced interest to setup base in Andhra Pradesh. The company recently visited couple of lands shown by the state government in Vishakapatnam and Tirupati. Very soon the company Vice President will be meeting the Chief Minister and discuss the formalities. The company is planning to setup an office space of Seven Lakh Square Feet. On the other side, the state government is planning to issue notices to Wipro and Tech Mahindra who obtained lands in Madhurawada, Vishakapatnam but did not fullfill their promises. Tech Mahindra was sanctioned 6 acres but did not start any thing. Wipro has built an office in 6.8 acres land allotted to it but only 150 employees are working here. In case, they do not respond properly, the state government is planning to take back the lands and give them to companies which are interested in starting their operations

I may be wrong but When CBN came power many were afraid that CBN will continue to pursue drained IT field.
He showed that he is up to date and followed hardware&manufacturing.

 

IT is saturated and no more new investment on campuses by any one. Also margins are going down very fast.

Mfg and Port based is the what is driving now.

 

CBN is right on Target

 

- Hardware hub and already we are No#1 in India and much more to grow with this month parts mfg also looking to start units

- Medical hub at Vizag

- On irrigation he is going result oriented instead of fooling people like Jalayagnam

- Capital with greenary&water and better living standards that are missing in India totally

Exactly, He is on right track. But we also need to cater to service sector. It is the one which kick starts growth. Results from manufacturing sector takes time to reflect unlike service sector which give very fast results!

 

Wages and earnings in manufacturing are low. They fill the un employment gap but wouldn't show quick results.  AP lo uppudu unna realty prices ni only service sector can afford. Service sector creates housing boom an inturn the economy!

ఎస్తోనియానే ఎందుకు?
ఐటీ అభివృద్ధి దిశగా ఏపీ సంబంధాలు పెట్టుకుంటే సిలికాన్‌ వ్యాలీతో పెట్టుకోవాలి. లేదా ఎస్తోనియాను ఆశ్రయించాలి. సిలికాన్‌ వ్యాలీని ఏపీ దారి పట్టించడం అంత తేలిక కాదు. పైగా వందల బిలియన్‌ డాలర్లకు ఎదిగిన కంపెనీలు ఇప్పుడు ప్రభుత్వాల మాట వినే పరిస్థితుల్లో లేవు. కాబట్టి స్టార్ట్‌ప్సలో అదరగొడుతున్న ఎస్తోనియాతోనే టై అప్‌ పెట్టుకోవడం మంచిదని ఏపీ టెక్‌ నిపుణులు భావిస్తున్నారు. అలా అని అమెరికన్‌ మల్టీ నేషనల్‌ కంపెనీలను పూర్తిగా వదిలేయకుండా.. భారతదేశం నుంచి నుంచి వెళ్లి అమెరికాలో సెటిలై చీఫ్‌ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్‌ల స్థాయిలో ఉన్నవారిని, అమెరికాలో సెటిలైనసా్‌ఫ్టవేర్‌ నిపుణులను స్వరాష్ట్రం బాట పట్టించడానికి ప్రభుత్వం ప్రయత్నిస్తోంది. అందులోభాగంగా ఏపీకి చెందిన సత్య నాదెళ్ల, గూగుల్‌ హెడ్‌ సుందర్‌ పిచయ్‌ (తమిళనాడు)లకు అమరావతి ఆతిథ్యం ఇవ్వాలని సీఎం చంద్రబాబు భావిస్తున్నారు. ఎస్తోనియాతో ఆశిస్తున్న సంబంధాలు మాత్రం ఇందుకు పూర్తి భిన్నమైనవి. ఎస్తోనియా కంపెనీలతోనే కాకుండా అక్కడి ప్రభుత్వంతో నేరుగా ఒప్పందాలు కుదుర్చుకోవాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది. ఎస్తోనియన్‌ కంపెనీలు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌పై దృష్టి సారించాలంటే... ప్రభుత్వంతో భాగస్వామ్యం తప్పదని అధికారులు భావిస్తున్నారు. యువ ప్రపంచ ఆవిష్కరణలకు వేదికైన ఎస్తోనియాకు ఓ యువకుడే ప్రఽధాని కావడం విశేషం. తావి రొౖవాస్‌ (36)తో సంబంధాలు నెరిపి యువ ఎస్తోనియన్లను, అక్కడి స్టార్టప్‌ దిగ్గజాలను ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ దారి పట్టించడానికి యువ అధికారులు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు.
