Sadiq khan has a reputation of being ultra liberal, in the past he also campaigned for Gay rights... but this time so many clerics and mosques in and around london has funded him and it wouldn't bode well if he tries to escape their clutches.. but if he does, my salute to him for standing as an example... apart from all the above discussions, ideological differences, the journey of sadiq khan from the son of a immigrant cab driver to becoming the mayor of London is definitely inspirational and worth following.
