It seems Subhas chandra has finalized to move ahead with this project.

It looked a risk but he has done his work and a best bet down the line.

In a recent survey in China(their minister told Modi) many has wished to visit the Buddhist circuit in India(particularly Nagarjuna is the one that spread buddhism).

Right now millions of Chinese are visiting Srilanka buddhism places and not India.

Amaravati-Sagar-Krishna-Guntur districts are part of India Buddhism circuit. Also Nagarjuna Lived his final years(originally from here but traveled in the middle) in these places.

Also the statistics show that Chinese are leading in Tourism spending.

The land he is getting for this project is facing the nagarjunakonda island and also adjacent to Buddhist Archaeological Site(Nobody locally cares this but heritage site for Buddhists).

Overall lit's an excellent location on the upland. Only concern is do they take narjunakonda boats, Archilogical site control indirect???

Also there is serious bilateral proposal from China to give visas for Buddhist circuit and India has no problem.
