:SYNOPSIS:
Chandrasekhar (Charanraj) and Dhanunjay (Raghuvaran) are good friends. Dhanunjay loses his eight-year old son due to Chandrasekhar's selfishness. Therefore, the former vows to kill Chandrasekhar's son. Fearing the extreme, Chandrasekhar sends his son away with a total stranger (K Viswanath) in a train. Dhanunjay's search has been on ever since for the boy. He entrusts this job to Durgaprasad (Balakrishna) who succeeds in killing Chandrasekhar's son (Sai Kumar).
Dhanunjay who considers Durgaprasad as his son decides to offer his niece, Charulatha's (Reema Sen) hand to him. Dhanunjay's sister Chamundeswari (Sakuntala) who arrives for the engagement reveals that Durgaprasad, in reality, is S P (Superintendent of Police) and it also comes to light that he is none other than Chandrasekhar's son.
Durgaprasad admits that he enacted a little drama with the help of his brother (Sai Kumar) to bring Dhanunjay seething with anger and revenge back to the righteous path. Dhanunjay's wife (Sujatha) too supports and thanks Durgaprasad for all the help rendered to her family and reminds her husband of the same. At a dramatic turn of events, Dhanunjay forgives Durgaprasad, and all's well.
