"All true followers of Jayalalithaa need to act with wisdom to ensure the DMK, that 'amma' identified as our common enemy, is kept out of power," Sasikala said in her statement. "I have never hankered after title, posts or power. I will stay away from politics and pray to 'akka' (sister) and to God, for AIADMK rule to continue," she added. srohith Posted March 5, 2021 Share Posted March 5, 2021 చాప కింద నీరులా.. ఛత్తీస్గఢ్లా! అసోంను తిరిగి దక్కించుకునేందుకు కాంగ్రెస్ పక్కా వ్యూహం వరుసగా పదిహేనేళ్లపాటు కమలనాథుల పాలనలో ఉన్న ఛత్తీస్గఢ్ను 2018లో కాంగ్రెస్ దక్కించుకున్న తీరు అమోఘం! నాటి అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల్లో హస్తం పార్టీ అద్భుత విజయాన్ని నమోదుచేసింది. మొత్తం 90 స్థానాలకుగాను 68 సీట్లను గెల్చుకుంది. ఆ విజయానికి ప్రధాన కారణం.. బూత్ స్థాయిలో పార్టీ అనుసరించిన వ్యూహాలు! ఇప్పుడు అవే వ్యూహాలతో అసోంనూ హస్తగతం చేసుకోవాలని చూస్తోంది కాంగ్రెస్. అందుకు తగ్గట్లే చాప కింద నీరులా, చడీ చప్పుడు లేకుండా తన పని తాను చేసుకుంటూ వెళ్తోంది. ఒకప్పుడు కంచుకోట కాంగ్రెస్కు అసోం ఒకప్పుడు కంచుకోట. దిగ్గజ నేత తరుణ్ గొగొయ్ నేతృత్వంలో రాష్ట్రంలో 15 ఏళ్లపాటు ఏకధాటిగా అధికారంలో కొనసాగింది. 2016లో మాత్రం ఎదురుదెబ్బ తగిలింది. 60 స్థానాలను గెల్చుకోవడం ద్వారా రాష్ట్రంలో అతిపెద్ద పార్టీగా భాజపా అవతరించింది. మిత్రపక్షాలతో కలిసి ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఏర్పాటుచేసింది. కాంగ్రెస్ 26 సీట్లకు పరిమితమైంది. వారిలో ఏడుగురు తర్వాత పార్టీని వీడారు. ఇటీవల తరుణ్ గొగొయ్ కాలం చేయడంతో కాంగ్రెస్ సమర్థ నాయకుణ్ని కోల్పోయినట్లయింది. రంగంలోకి బఘేల్ అసోంలోనూ ఛత్తీస్గఢ్ తరహా ఫలితాలను పునరావృతం చేయాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్న కాంగ్రెస్ అగ్ర నాయకత్వం.. ఆ రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల బాధ్యతలను ఛత్తీస్గఢ్ సీఎం భూపేశ్ బఘేల్కు అప్పగించింది. వెంటనే రంగంలోకి దిగిన ఆయన.. ఛత్తీస్గఢ్లో తమ పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి రావడంలో కీలక పాత్ర పోషించిన 25-30 మంది ఎన్నికల వ్యూహకర్తలు, పార్టీ కీలక నేతలను రాష్ట్రంలో మోహరించారు. బూత్ స్థాయుల్లో కమిటీలు ఏర్పాటుచేశారు. కార్యకర్తలకు శిక్షణ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించారు. బ్రహ్మపుత్ర నీటిని ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొస్తామని, 25 లక్షల ఉద్యోగాలు కల్పిస్తామని, తేయాకు తోటల కార్మికులకు వేతనాలు పెంచుతామని ఇచ్చిన హామీలను భాజపా నెరవేర్చలేకపోయిన తీరును ప్రజల్లోకి సమర్థంగా తీసుకెళ్లడంపై వారికి శిక్షణనిచ్చారు. దీంతో ప్రస్తుతం కార్యకర్తల్లో ఉత్సాహం తొణికిసలాడుతోంది. వలస కార్మికులపై గురి ఛత్తీస్గఢ్ నుంచి వలస వచ్చిన కార్మికులు అసోంలో ప్రస్తుతం దాదాపు 25 లక్షల మంది ఉన్నారు. వారంతా ఎగువ అసోంలోని తేయాకు తోటల్లో పనిచేస్తున్నారు. ఈ విషయాన్ని గుర్తించిన బఘేల్ బృందం.. వారిని కాంగ్రెస్ వైపు ఆకర్షించడంపై ప్రత్యేకంగా శ్రద్ధ పెట్టింది. 50 మంది జానపద కళాకారులతో ప్రదర్శనలు ఏర్పాటుచేస్తూ వారి ఆదరణను చూరగొనేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తోంది. ఛత్తీస్గఢ్ నుంచి పలువురు ఎమ్మెల్యేలను రప్పించిమరీ.. వలస కార్మికులు ఎక్కువగా ఉన్న ప్రాంతాల్లో ప్రచారం చేయిస్తున్నారు బఘేల్. తర్వాతి లక్ష్యం యూపీ ఛత్తీస్గఢ్ తరహా ఫార్ములానే ఉత్తర్ ప్రదేశ్ (యూపీ)లోనూ అనుసరించాలని కాంగ్రెస్ కేంద్ర నాయకత్వం భావిస్తోంది. ఇప్పటికే సంబంధిత పనులు ప్రారంభించింది. పలు నియోజకవర్గాల్లో బూత్ స్థాయి కమిటీలను ఏర్పాటుచేసింది. అసోంలో ఎన్నికలు ముగిసిన వెంటనే.. అక్కడి నుంచి వ్యూహకర్తల బృందం యూపీకి మకాం మార్చి, తమ పనులను పూర్తిస్థాయిలో మొదలుపెట్టే అవకాశముంది. 2022లో యూపీ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలు జరగనున్నాయి. ఛత్తీస్గఢ్లో ఏం చేశారు? ఛత్తీస్గఢ్లో 2003 నుంచి 2018 వరకు ఏకధాటిగా భాజపా ప్రభుత్వం కొనసాగింది. దీర్ఘకాలంపాటు అధికారానికి పార్టీ దూరంగా ఉండటంతో కాంగ్రెస్ శ్రేణుల్లో నిస్తేజం అలుముకుంది. నేతలు, కార్యకర్తలు నిరాశా నిస్పృహలకు లోనయ్యారు. దీంతో 2018 అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల్లో ఎలాగైనా విజయం సాధించాలని పార్టీ గట్టిగా తీర్మానించుకుంది. ఎన్నికలకు చాలా సమయం ఉండగానే క్షేత్రస్థాయి నుంచి పనులు మొదలుపెట్టింది. బూత్ స్థాయి కమిటీలను ఏర్పాటుచేసింది. రాష్ట్రంలో కీలక రాజకీయ అంశాలపై కమిటీల సభ్యులకు అవగాహన కల్పించింది. హామీల అమలులో భాజపా విఫలమైన తీరును ప్రజల్లో విస్తృతంగా ప్రచారం చేసేందుకు జానపద కళాకారులతో ప్రత్యేక కార్యక్రమాలు ఏర్పాటుచేసింది. మార్పు కోసం ఓటెయ్యాలంటూ ప్రచారం చేసింది. ఓటింగ్ కేంద్రాలకు జనాలను భారీగా తీసుకొచ్చేలా పార్టీ శ్రేణులకు శిక్షణనిచ్చింది. ఆ వ్యూహాలు ఫలించి, ఎన్నికల్లో అద్భుత విజయం కాంగ్రెస్ సొంతమైంది. - ఈనాడు ప్రత్యేక విభాగం Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
