Unfortunately in India , debt permissions are given based on the GSDP calculations. "Ministry of statistics and program" is suggesting a calculation method to states to determine the GSDP. This method has many short comings. Rogues like Buggana are giving false and wrong inputs to that method .... which is resulting in highly inflated GSDP.
