జమిలి ఎన్నికలు.. మనకు ఎంతో అవసరం..

దిల్లీ: దేశంలో జమిలి ఎన్నికలు (ఒకే దేశం, ఒకేసారి ఎన్నికలు) నిర్వహణపై చర్చ నడుస్తున్న సందర్భంలో భారత ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ వీటిపై మరోసారి కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. కేవలం ఇది చర్చించే విషయం మాత్రమే కాదని, భారత్‌కు ఎంతో అవసరమని అన్నారు. కొన్ని నెలల వ్యవధిలోనే పదే పదే ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహించడం అభివృద్ధికి ఆటంకం కలిగిస్తాయని నరేంద్ర మోదీ పునరుద్ఘాటించారు. అందుకే వాటిని ఒకేసారి నిర్వహించడంపై దృష్టి సారించాలని సూచించారు. రాజ్యాంగ వార్షికోత్సవం సందర్భంగా గుజరాత్‌లో జరిగిన శాసన వ్యవహారాల ప్రిసైడింగ్‌ ఆఫీసర్ల సదస్సులో ప్రధాని మోదీ  మాట్లాడుతూ..

‘వేర్వేరు చోట్ల కొన్ని నెలలకొకసారి ఎన్నికలు జరుగుతుండడం అభివృద్ధి పనులపై ప్రభావం చూపుతాయన్నది అందిరికీ తెలిసిన విషయమే. ఈ సమస్యపై లోతైన అధ్యయనంతో పాటు చర్చించాల్సిన అవసరం ఎంతైనా ఉంది. ఇటువంటి చర్చలను నిర్వహించడంలో ప్రిసైడింగ్‌ అధికారులు ముందుండాలి ’అని  అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. అంతేకాకుండా, ప్రస్తుతం వివిధ ఎన్నికలకు వేర్వేరు ఓటరు జాబితాలున్నాయి. వీటికోసం ధనం, సమయం ఎందుకు వృథా చేసుకోవడం? ప్రస్తుత కాలంలో వేర్వేరు ఓటరు జాబితాలు అవసరం లేదని అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. అందుకే లోక్‌సభ, అసెంబ్లీ నుంచి పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల వరకు అన్నింటికీ ఓకే ఓటరు జాబితా ఉండాలని ప్రిసైడింగ్‌ అధికారులకు సూచించారు.

సామాన్యులకు కూడా అర్థమయ్యే విధంగా చట్టాలు ఉండాలని, అవసరం లేని పాత చట్టాలను తొలగింపును కొనసాగించే పద్ధతిని తీసుకురావాలని ప్రధాని మోదీ అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. రాజకీయ లక్ష్యాలు మన ప్రాధాన్యతలో ఉండకూడదని, కేవలం దేశాభివృద్ధి, ప్రజాశ్రేయస్సే మన ప్రాధాన్యతగా ఉండాలని ప్రధాని మోదీ ప్రిసైడింగ్‌ అధికారులకు సూచించారు. ఇదిలాఉంటే, దేశంలో కరోనా విజృంభణ కొనసాగుతున్న సందర్భంలో బిహార్‌లో ఎన్నికలు సజావుగా నిర్వహించడాన్ని ప్రధాని మోదీ కొనియాడారు.

Let the vaccination process complete which requires four years. Later we can think about elections. Central Government can postpone all elections by extending tenures of all state governments, panchayat, muncipalities by showing emergency conditions. central government tenure can be extended by one year. We can conduct jamili elections in 2025 april to may. All political parties will support the move. It's time to treat people as humans not just voters.
