JAYAM_NANI
just want to know if it is good for India or not. wanna know the opinion of each BJP supporter related to this decision. Is this a decision to take India towards progress or towards destruction. Appreciate a straight answer. What lead to such decision ? Is it lack of adequate money with the current banks or is it lack of policies to give more loans from the banks ? if the latter is the answer how does the issuance of banks to corporate helps this decision ? Sunny@CBN
@Andhrudu NBFCs dont have savings and current account options. NPA rate for corporate loans is very high. They can take deposits from ordinary people and declare bankruptcy. RBI is unable to control the existing banks and failure rate is very high. Take Yes bank etc as example. We can give NBFC license if you want to give to corporates but why banking license. If you are confident about a corporate company we can invest in their stocks but why should anyone put their savings and current accounts.
Sunny@CBN
India has one of the worst NPA rate in the world meaning corporates dont back the loans. Corporate Bonds and stocks are for risk taking people. You shouldn't expose the illiterate and uneducated to these type of system.

Sunny@CBN
All NBFCs have an inherent disadvantage. They have no access to savings and current accounts where interest rates are very low. Thats why everyone wants banking license. Imagine Anil Ambani having access to capital at 3-4% interest rate. What will happen to small investors in the bank. How NBFC works is take money in the form of bonds and lend money ..... so there is no much difference in either way. but if they get bank license NBFC get money for lesser interest rate eg bonds @ 9-10% but now they might get 6-7% as direct deposits what ever be the name NBFC and banks does same business

Yes Bank has collapsed NBFC Bajaj Fin and Shriram transport has done great job and build investors confidence it is all depends on credibility , when CBN raised bonds in BSC those were sold out in 2mts and in jagan era still available after two weeks. i invested in Andhra bank shares around 2013. it became all-time disaster but my friend invested in manappuram bonds he got good returns . At present indian banks problem is HDFC Kotak ICICI are focusing on either large industries or corporate individual , they are not showing interest in lending MSME. where trandionally Public sector banks were good credit providers to MSME and individuals in rural and semi urban areas. In the recent NPA issue bank managers are hesitant to do business and cannot cater growing credit demand. That's where all NBFC came in to picture and serving customers from last 10 years. eg: SBI lo gold tanaka pedithe 60% kuda ichevadu kadu ..... Now muthooth and manappuram is giving 80% with very less interest than banks . na business ki oka truck kavali ani e bank anna velli adagandi evadanna loan istademo chudandi, ade shriram transport will provide you faster than any bank. 90's lo when HDFC and ICICI vachinappudu elane annaru private vallu konni days ki moosestaru , ettestaru ani it all depends on management and transparency
Sunny@CBN
@Andhrudu interest rate is lower in case of banks only. I used to own manappuram finance share. Sunny@CBN
Processing is faster in case of NBFCs but interest rates are high. Now even banks are catching up and are providing loans at lower interest rates. HDFC bank, IDFC First Bank etc are doing really good. Soon nobody will prefer NBFCs when banks themselves are focusing on retail customer.
