oka farmer ki 10 units (i dont remember if its 'n' number of yards/Acres/etc) unnaayi.. Each unit costs 5 lakhs, before capital announcement....

he sold 7 units for 4x profit i.e 20 lakhs per unit and kept himself other 3 as his future investment on amaravathi. aa 20 lakhs per unti kaasthaa, 80 lakhs(16X) ki kooda vellindhi, oka time lo....now it should be around 15-20 per unit anukunta...

Pooling area lo antha vellala..only commercial 10k nunchi 30 to 35k max vellindi..idi antha after capital announcement le..but konni areas akkada already before capital same rate..only thadikonda atu vepu baaga perigai..but avi non pooling..parimi baaga benifited

Later govt regulations valla aa vupu ledu n thn construction pace వల్ల కూడా rates దిగాయి బాగా......

Sq yard 30k vunna rate ippudu around 17k vundhi.. 

inthaka mundhu 20k vunna chota ippudu 8-10k madhya lo vunnai..

lucky ga inka earn chese age vundi & pillalu maree chinnavallu kabatti tattukogaliganu..... retirement PF tho konnavallu, ada pilla pelli ki katnam kosam konna vallu vunnaru.... vallaki matram darunamina debba idi....

15yrs savings money here . Pf eppudu touch ledu but....

Do not worry brother nothing will happen to land . It will come to 2018 value in next 5 years  but may not increase exponentially. 

I am paying intrests to that money .
