Prasadr Posted August 11, 2020 Share Posted August 11, 2020 To the original question answer is modi govt harassed cbn to no end by blocking loans frim banks, blocking central govt funds and approving very less debt limit etc. Jagan is given free hand and in the first year itself central govt approved debt limit of 50000 cr where as AP is eligible only upto 35000 cr. Beyond that jagan mortgaged all kinds of state assets as collateral and got loans from banks. Also jagan diverted bc sc and st corp funds upto 9000 cr into his schemes. One mistake of cbn is he should have given highest priority to runa mafi that ould have brought lot of goodwill from farmers.
