niceguy Posted August 11, 2020 Share Posted August 11, 2020 అమరావతి: కరోనాతో నెలకొన్న విపత్కర పరిస్థితుల్లో ఉద్యోగులు, పెన్షనర్లకు 50శాతం మాత్రమే చెల్లింపులు చేస్తూ ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన జీవోను హైకోర్టు కొట్టివేసింది. విశాఖకు చెందిన విశ్రాంత జడ్జి కామేశ్వరి వేసిన పిటిషన్‌పై విచారించిన ఉన్నత న్యాయస్థానం.. ప్రభుత్వానికి కీలక ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. మార్చి, ఏప్రిల్‌ నెలల్లో ఉద్యోగులు, పెన్షనర్లకు బకాయిలు చెల్లించాలని సూచించింది. అలాగే, వేతన బకాయిలను 12శాతం వడ్డీతో సహా రెండు నెలల్లోపు చెల్లించాలని ఆదేశించింది. కరోనా నేపథ్యలో ఆర్థిక ఇబ్బందుల దృష్ట్యా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులకు 50శాతం జీతాలు, పెన్షన్లు చెల్లించాలని పేర్కొంటూ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం గతంలె జీవో జారీ చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.
