gnk@vja Posted July 2, 2020 Share Posted July 2, 2020 తిరుపతి: ఏపీ శాసనసభాపతి తమ్మినేని సీతారాం న్యాయస్థానాలపై కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. హైకోర్టు తీర్పుల తీరును ఆయన తప్పుబట్టారు. అలాగే, ఏపీలో ద్రవ్య బిల్లును ఆమోదం పొందడానికి ఆపి.. ఉద్యోగుల జీతాలను అడ్డుకోవడం గతంలో ఎప్పుడూ చూడలేదన్నారు. గురువారం ఆయన మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ.. ‘‘కొన్ని తీర్పులు చూస్తూన్నాం.. రాజ్యాంగం కొన్ని హక్కులు, అధికారాలు, బాధ్యతలను ఇస్తూ హద్దులను కూడా నిర్ణయించింది. ఒకరి దాంట్లో మరొకరు జోక్యం చేసుకూకూడదని చెప్పింది. జోక్యం చేసుకుంటున్నారు. చూస్తున్నాం. కోర్టుల నుంచే ఆదేశాలొస్తోన్నాయి. ప్రభుత్వ విధానాల్లో జోక్యం చేసుకోవడంతో పాటు ఇలా చేయండి.. అలా వద్దు అంటున్నప్పుడు ప్రజలు ఎందుకు? ఎన్నికలెందుకు? ఓట్లు ఎందుకు?ఎమ్మెల్యేలు ఎందుకు? పార్లమెంట్‌ సభ్యులు ఎందుకు? శాసనసభ ఎందుకు? శాసనసభకు నాయకులను ఎన్నుకోవడం ఎందుకు? ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎందుకు? స్పీకర్‌ ఎందుకు? ఇవన్నీ దేనికి? నేనుమంటానంటే.. డైరక్టుగా మీరే రూల్‌ చేస్తారా? న్యాయస్థానాల నుంచే ప్రభుత్వాలను నడిపిస్తారా? రాజ్యాంగం మనపై నమ్మకంతో రాశారు. భవిష్యత్తులో ఇలాంటి క్లిష్టపరిస్థితులు బహుశా రాజ్యాంగ నిర్మాతలు ఊహించి ఉండి ఉంటే దీనిక్కూడా ఓ ప్రత్యామ్నాయం ఆలోచించి ఉండేవాళ్లేమోనని అనుకుంటున్నా. ఇలాంటి తీర్పులు వస్తాయని.. ఇలాంటి నిర్ణయాలు జరుగుతాయని అనుకోలేదు. అనుకొని ఉండి ఉంటే దానికి ప్రత్యామ్నాయమైన ఒక వెసులుబాటు ఏర్పాటు చేసేవాళ్లేమో.. అలా జరగలేదు’’ అని తమ్మినేని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.
