Govindu Posted June 27, 2020 Share Posted June 27, 2020 Very bad that they chained it on two feet. One feet with the care taker around will assure that the elephant wont stray around. Why not have some open space for them to graze and some mahout be present all the time? Definitely some of us in the NFDB have some contact with TTD and letting them know would be good.
