First of all, paying the salaries on time is a minimum responsibility for anyone hiring employees should possess. Now coming to the topic, Jr NTR has went beyond just responsibility and have supported his employees in this dire situation just like they are his family. Many small- medium organisations, business sectors are ousting their employees or deducting the part of salary. Infact, few state Governments are sacking the contract employees in this dire situation. In Such a situation, Jr NTR has proved himself why he his such big of a star. Jr NTR has paid all his employees two months salary in advance. Not only paying the salary in advance, Jr NTR has also paid extra amount over the salaries. On the other hand, apart from Salaries, Jr NTR also takes care of his employees insurance policy, School fee of employees childrenโs. Though Jr Ntr hasnโt made any announcement about this in social media, this news has spread all over. The employees of Jr NTR, who benefitted have shared about this they themselves. This is such a kind help and care that Jr NTR possess towards his employees. On the other hand, Jr Ntr fans are also as similar as their hero. Through the charitable trust, Team Tarak Trust and NTR charitable services, NTR fans are continuously extending their support to the public ever since the lockdown started.
