AP is giving same money 1000 Rs. (Center amount) to white card holders. No additional groceries. Telangana at least giving 500Rs. extra 1500 to poor. This is extra AID given to all states. Regular ga vachhe money vasthe your argument is fare. But extra AID you need to accept it is center help.
