He finds it difficult to pick candidates among aspirants . So he choose to postpone elections. This is the problem. You are not able to differentiate politician and administrator in him. You always talk about deliverables. as a politician , which he is first. He has to take care of cadre and party cadre ki hold ela ostundi ? Through political posts like sarpanch zptc mptc. That’s how they grow. That’s how they emerge as leaders. That’s how they help party go strong. Do u know due to no elections local Modies were under control of Government officials ??. So what hold will party cadre have ? Will they care our party cadre without official positions ? TDP government failed to clear majority of bills by the time it has come down. Now all of them are pending with jagga. So financially cadre at loss. Politically cadre at loss. This is wonderful double laddo gift of cbn to party.
