But we are ignoring a important point here. when there is some revolt seeding at some place, the wiser leader is the one who tries to end it in budding stage. anthe kaani ilaaa common man impact ayyentavaraku tekoodadhu..... some people died, few houses burnt.... a normal protest is now turned into clashes between 2 groups. govt and PM should act in a elderly manner and clear the air or reduce impact in early stages. we saw instigating statements from both sides.... intention is important, but I didn’t see that from BJP top 2. law and order evadu chetiloki teskunna lopala eyyatamo... lepeyatamo cheyochu.... but the whole incident is playing into the hands of violent groups. As I said in other thread using ladies and Kids is new to the country, even supreme court was unable to take decision in time and made things escalate. But I agree it's failure of Amit dude, and especially Delhi commissioner. Bcoz everyone sort of guessed something is gonna happen in Delhi during Trump visit when they suddenly started occupying other parts of city like jaffrabad just a day before Trump visit. ravindras Posted February 28, 2020 Share Posted February 28, 2020 @Rajakeeyam bro. if possible ask modi change his priorities . currently pm focussing on show off stuff like bullet train, high speed train , metro train , expressway etc. when people suffering from water crisis like drought in chennai, modi gave speech(mann ki bath) on water conservation. merely giving speeches, wearing different dresses based on culture of particular state, raising emotions and taking selfies won't help in the longterm. i am quite sure that modi will be in power for atleast 20 years. if he does some good work on irrigation and interlinking of rivers future generations will remember him. congress governments from nehru, indira gandhi focussed on irrigation, built mega dams and provided food security . as the population grows food requirement grows . government has to focus on irrigation for increasing providing food security to the country. since 2014 modi government getting 2-3 lakh crores revenue yearly by imposing additional cess on petroleum products. if he utilize that money he can finish interlinking of rivers in 10 years. compare to earlier we have mega machinery which can finish task in short time. currently political will is required to finish that kind of projects. modi just utilizing additional money on vanity projects and raising salaries to government employees. no need to raise salaries of government employees at every 10 years . if modi freeze salaries of employees for 15 years he get enough money to execute mega projects. i wrote many letters to pmo on irrigation, interlinking of rivers . i gave up.
