But he is fighting. even when in power, he is very vocal in parliament on various issues including which are not related to AP. rajanani Posted January 21, 2020 Share Posted January 21, 2020 మంగళగిరి: అమరావతి అసెంబ్లీ ముట్టడి కార్యక్రమంలో పాల్గొని అరెస్టయిన తెదేపా ఎంపీ గల్లా జయదేవ్‌కు న్యాయస్థానం బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేసింది. సోమవారం ఆయన్ను అరెస్ట్‌ చేసిన పోలీసులు మంగళగిరి మెజిస్ట్రేట్‌ ముందు హాజరుపరచగా రిమాండ్ విధించారు. దీంతో ఆయన్ను మంగళవారం తెల్లవారుజామున గుంటూరు సబ్‌జైలుకు తరలించారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో జయదేవ్ తరఫు న్యాయవాదులు దరఖాస్తు చేయగా రూ.10వేల వ్యక్తిగత పూచీకత్తుపై మంగళగిరి న్యాయస్థానం బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేసింది. గల్లా జయదేవ్ సోమవారం ఉదయం పోలీసుల నిఘా, నిషేధాజ్ఞలను దాటుకుని అసెంబ్లీ ముట్టడి కార్యక్రమానికి వ్యూహాత్మకంగా చేరుకున్నారు. దీంతో పోలీసులు ఆయన్ను అడ్డుకొన్నారు. ఈ క్రమంలో పోలీసులు, జయదేవ్‌కు మధ్య పెనుగులాట జరిగి ఆయన చొక్కా సైతం చిరిగిపోయింది. దీంతో పోలీసులు జయదేవ్‌ను అదుపులోకి తీసుకుని దుగ్గిరాల, పెదకాకాని, గుంటూరు మీదుగా నరసరావుపేట.. అక్కడి నుంచి రొంపిచర్ల స్టేషన్‌కు తరలించారు.
