Yaswanth526 Posted December 28, 2019 Share Posted December 28, 2019 జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం అమరావతి పై చేస్తున్న తప్పుడు ప్రచారం తిప్పి కొట్టండి లేకపోతే ఇదే నిజం అని ప్రజలు నమ్ముతారు. మొన్నటి దాక భ్రమరావతి,గ్రాఫిక్స్, అక్కడ ఏమి లేవు చెప్తున్న జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం,కొత్తగా మరో ప్రచారం మొదలు పెట్టింది. అదే "అమరావతికి లక్షా వేల కోట్లు ఖర్చు అవుతుంది. తప్పుడు ప్రచారం. అమరావతి ఫైనాన్షియల్ ప్లాన్ గురించి, చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వంలో ఉండగా, ఫిభ్రవరి 2019లో, జీవో 50 విడుదల చేసారు. అందులో అమరావతి మొత్తం ఖర్చు 55,343 కోట్లుగా చెప్పారు. ఇందులో 3656 కోట్లు, వివిధ రూపాల్లో తెచ్చుకున్న లోన్లకు, వడ్డీతో సహా అయ్యే ఖర్చు ఇది. అంటే అసలు ఖర్చు 51, 687కోట్లు మాత్రమే. సీఆర్డీఏ అప్పుగా, మరో 5971 కోట్లు ఇస్తుంది. వివిధ బ్యాంక్ల నుంచి వచ్చే లోన్లు 37,112 కోట్లుగా అంచనా వేసారు. ఇక ప్రభుత్వానికి అమరావతిలో మిగిలిన భూమి ద్వారా ఎంత లాభం, ఎంత ఆదాయం ఇక్కడ నుంచి వస్తుంది, లాంటి సమగ్ర వివరాలు కూడా ఉన్నాయి. Yaswanth526 Posted December 28, 2019 Author Share Posted December 28, 2019 ఎకరాలు వారి గా రైతుల భూమి వివరాలు 1 ఎకరం లోపు వున్నా రైతులు - 20 ,422 -100,37 ఎకరాలు. 1 ఎకరం 2.5 లోపు వున్నా రైతులు - 6278 -9857 ఎకరాలు. 2.5 ఎకరం 5 లోపు వున్నా రైతులు - 2131 -7460 ఎకరాలు. 5 ఎకరాలు నుంచి 10 లోపు వున్నా రైతులు - 765 -4405 ఎకరాలు.
