1. J. Krishna Kishore IRS (CIvil LIst 90025 ) is on deputation  to Government  of Andhra Pradesh and  has requested  the State to relieve him to rejoin the Department  in anticipation  of promotion as Principal  Commissioner of IT. The Central Board of Direct Taxes has also written twice to State for repatriation . There was no response to repeated requests,  Proforma promotion also was denied by the state Government.

2. J. Krishna  Kishore  has a continuous 27 years  track record of integrity  and outstanding work reports.

3. In 2010, he was Additional Commissioner of Income Tax  ( Supervisory Officer ) in Hyderabad  where Jagati Publications 
(belonging  to present CM of AP) was assessed.  An addition of about Rs 272 crores was made on account   of fictitious share premium of Rs 350 per share, as actual value of share was  Rs (-) 18 (loss making  negative asset  company cannot sell shares  on premium). The assessment  was closely monitored  by CBDT and was appreciated and also upheld  by CIT Appeals. It appears that this assessment  is being taken as a ground to harass him by making false, cooked up and premeditated  charges on the officer, who is known for impeccable  integrity.

4. The Andhra Pradesh  Economic  Development  Board, headed by J. Krishna  Kishore is only a investment  promotion organization  which does not have any powers to allot land or give incentives.  It did commendable work in getting substantial  investments  and helped in getting AP No 1 Rank in Ease of Doing  Business. The organization  was ranked the best in India.

5. The position in AP is completely  vitiated with immense harassment  being meted out on  political  considerations.

6. No salary was paid and  no work allotted  for past 6 months. Immense harassment being  done just because an honest assessment  order was passed which was monitored  and appreciated  by CBDT.

2. H. Srinivasulu
Commissioner of Income Tax 

3.J. Krishna Kishore
Additional Commissioner of Income Tax  

All officers are well known for impeccable integrity  and competence.

CBN ila nammukunnallani eppudu protect ceyadu. He never fights on road for them. Even public knows about it and vexed with him. 

We need new president for TDP who does put good fight on ground and power hungry.

అమరావతి: ఐఆర్ఎస్ అధికారి కృష్ణకిషోర్‌ను ప్రభుత్వం సస్పెండ్ చేసిన వ్యవహారంపై క్యాట్ సీరియస్ అయ్యింది. అధికారి విషయంలో ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం హద్దులు దాటిందని ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేసింది. ‘ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం పిచ్చిగా ప్రవర్తించింది. కృష్ణ కిషోర్‌ సస్పెన్షన్‌లో నిబంధనలు పాటించలేదు. కృష్ణ కిషోర్‌ సస్పెన్షన్‌ అసమంజసం. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం తన శక్తియుక్తులను అభివృద్ధికి వినియోగించాలి. కృష్ణ కిషోర్‌కి పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న జీతం వెంటనే చెల్లించాలి’ అని ప్రభుత్వానికి క్యాట్‌ ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.

 

 

కేంద్రం ఆదేశాలు ఎందుకు పట్టవా? 

కాగా అంతకు మునుపు.. ఐఆర్‌ఎస్‌ కృష్ణకిషోర్‌ని ఎందుకు రిలీవ్‌ చేయలేదని ప్రభుత్వాన్ని క్యాట్ ప్రశ్నించింది. కేంద్రం ఆదేశాలను ఎందుకు పట్టించుకోలేదని ప్రభుత్వాన్ని క్యాట్‌ ఆగ్రహించింది. తక్షణం వివరణ ఇవ్వాలని ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వానికి క్యాట్‌ ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. 10 రోజుల క్రితం ఏపీఈడీబీ సీఈవో కృష్ణకిషోర్‌‌ను ప్రభుత్వం సస్పెన్షన్‌ చేసిన విషయం విదితమే. నిధుల దుర్వినియోగానికి పాల్పడ్డారని కిషోర్‌పై సీఐడీ కేసు కూడా నమోదైంది. ఈ క్రమంలో ఆయన క్యాట్‌ను ఆశ్రయించగా పై విధంగా రియాక్ట్ అయ్యింది.
