Leaders are in trap of welfare schemes. They are thinking people are beggars. When we dole out money for welfare schemes, how can we develop state infra like power, roads, water etc. Example a village has population of 10,000. It got a fund of 10 crore. It can distribute 10,000 to each person in village. It can spend 10 crore on village infrastructure. Choice is in the hands of sarpanch. Evadabba sommu dhaanam chesthunnaaru. Tax payers money kaadhaa? 5 years okkasaari government change ayithe works aagipothunnaayi. Priorities maaripothunnaayi. Welfare schemes perigipothunnaayi.
