Eluru lo police baaga canvassing chesaru.... dunes range from 10k to 50k.... helmet pettukoni buckle pettokokapothey some fine.... no insurance... fine no helmet... fine If minor rides bike.... heavy fine etc and etc all these are good in some sense. Did any of our DB members drove till Chityal toll road from Hyderabad. This is the worst belt I have seen in the recent past on a National Highway.
