అమరావతి: పోలవరం జలవిద్యుత్‌ ప్రాజెక్టు ఒప్పందం రద్దు విషయంలో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రభుత్వానికి చుక్కెదురైంది. నవయుగ సంస్థ టెండర్లను రద్దు చేస్తూ ఏపీజెన్‌కో జారీ చేసిన ప్రిక్లోజర్‌ ఉత్తర్వులను హైకోర్టు సస్పెండ్‌ చేసింది. టెండర్‌ ప్రక్రియపై ముందుకు వెళ్లొద్దని స్పష్టం చేసింది. ఒప్పందాన్ని రద్దు చేస్తూ ప్రభుత్వం జారీ చేసిన ఉత్తర్వులను కొట్టివేయాలని నవయుగ సంస్థ దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్‌పై హైకోర్టు ఇవాళ తీర్పు వెలువరించింది. దీంతో పోలవరం పనులు నవయుగ సంస్థే కొనసాగించే అవకాశముంది.

let us hope center, polavaram project authority make sure navayuga complete polavaram project. quality matters in polavaram ecrf dam . if ecrf dam breaks due to quality issues , roughly 25 lakh people in east and west godavari people will die in flash floods.
