Pulakesu 2 months ruling taruvata vijaywada lo rates ela unayi? I know Amaravathi is down, is it same for Vijaywada?

Residential plots eppudu rate untayi..... outskirts lo polalu rates padatayi..... outskirts lo villages lo plot konukkondi like 1000 sq yards and have a fence. It will be helpful

Vijayawada / Vizag ani emi ledhu.. Anni chotla rates down ayyayi.. Land rates down avvaledhu at present becoz transactions athaga jaragadam ledhu.. Apartment rates ayithe 10-20% down ayyayi..

Compare HYD, BLR u can see HYD rates now are abnormal as compared to BLR rate of development.

Definitely not a bubble.... Vijayawada got rates equal to Hyderabad right from late 90s due to remittance from abroad ....second one capital also led to some rise of values but not a substantial raise.....now the marginal raise which came from capital bubble may go off but the core prices remain the same .....
