paruchuriphani Posted July 27, 2019 Share Posted July 27, 2019 కాపులకు కట్‌.. 10% కోటా అగ్రవర్ణ పేదలకే! ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ అమరావతి: కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొచ్చిన అగ్రవర్ణ పేదలకు 10 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్ల అమలుపై రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. కేంద్రం చేసిన చట్టం ప్రకారం 10 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లను రాష్ట్రంలోనూ అమలు చేయాలని రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ మేరకు శనివారం ఉత్తర్వుల జారీ చేసింది. సుప్రీం కోర్టు ఉత్తర్వులు మేరకు కాపులకు 5 శాతం కోటా సాధ్యపడదని ప్రభుత్వం ఈ సందర్భంగా తేల్చి చెప్పింది. మరోవైపు అగ్రవర్ణ పేదలకు ధ్రువపత్రాలిచ్చే బాధ్యతను తహసీల్దార్లకు అప్పగించింది. ఈ ఏడాది నుంచే అగ్రవర్ణ పేదలకు రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేయాలని ఉత్తర్వుల్లో పేర్కొంది. ఆర్థికంగా వెనుకబడిన వర్గాలకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్‌ కోటా కింద పది శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. గత తెదేపా ప్రభుత్వం అందులో ఐదు శాతం కాపులకు కేటాయించింది. దీనిపై శాసనసభలో కూడా తీర్మానం చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. తాజాగా ఆ 5శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లను కూడా అగ్రవర్ణ పేదలకే కేటాయిస్తూ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం మార్గదర్శకాలను జారీ చేసింది.
