AHUDA concept is fine. creating one job itself is a headache now. don't know why 25% is considered so less And basic sense which stays away from idiots heads is - Big companies recruit skilled labour who are proficient with the works. Hence the outsiders. Slowly this'll improve for localites. The same what has happened for Microsoft in Hyderabad. Microsoft mida ilane edcharu first and now we've been seeing what it is upto. Yds mathrame plots vesi ammagalaru. remaining 2300 Sq. yds goes for children park, roads and parking, pits etc. Ade AHUDA lekunte ade 1 acre lo almost 3500 acres plots vesi ammutharu. so obvious ga AHUDA rules kosam rate penchestharu per sq. yd. people caring only per sq. yd price and they don't care children park etc. in towns like ATP.
