Delay in start of polling, booth lo officers clear ga chepthunnaru voters ki check your vote in VVPAT display. 5-7 seconds we can see it. This is first time we are checking display & using VVPATs. 15-20 seconds delays for every vote due to Every voter on average taking 1-2 mins for verification, sign & voting (2 votes). 11 * 60 mins = 660/1.5 mins = 440 (1 minute vesukunna 660 votes in 11 hrs.) This will be done in the presence of candidates and agents of all political parties. Yesterday my friends from gannavaram constituency went to machilipatnam (where the evms were preserved) strong rooms and the above process was done in front of them.
