Dharmam, Nyayam etc. emi levu. Both politicians and govt. officers are mainly responsible for this. They made judiciary system like that to XXXX favourably to them. Don't blame people. People are intelligent. They hoped judiciary system will bring justice to them. But it failed. Criminals escape from penalty. Politicians eating money. at the end people does not get any justice.
