 ఆంధ్ర ప్రజల దురదృష్టం ...తెలంగాణ కు చెందిన ఒకప్పటి TV9 ఢిల్లీ విలేఖరి శ్రవణ్(seems like him only..) ఆంధ్ర/ చంద్రబాబు చేసే ప్రతి ప్రాజెక్ట్ మీద లో పిటిషన్ ..

ఆ పిటిషన్ వాదనలు జరిగే సమయం లో "సాక్షి" ఆ  పిటిషన్  వాదనలకు  అనుకూలం గ ఆర్టికల్స్ 

ఇదే తెలంగాణ శ్రవణ్ అమరావతి పర్యావరణ అనుమతులు రాకుండా రెండు సంవత్సరాలు లో కేసు సాగదీసాడు. చివరకి 2017 december లో వీళ్ళ పిటిషన్స్ కొట్టి వేసి మనకి అనుమతి వచ్చింది  

 

1)  పోలవరం మట్టి డంపింగ్ మీద పర్యావరణ హాని అని కేసు వేశారు..శ్రవణ్ మళ్ళి ఇది కూడా 

సరిగ్గా అదే టైం లో సాక్షి లో ప్రతి రోజు ఆ వాదనకి మద్దతు గ పెద్ద పెద్ద ఆర్టికల్స్ ....ఆంధ్ర లో జనాలు సాక్షి గాడి పిచ్చి ఆర్టికల్స్ అనుకున్నారు కానీ వాటి వెనుక "శ్రవణ్" వాదిస్తున్న ఢిల్లీ కోర్ట్ పిటిషన్ గురించి తెలీని అమాయకులు 

2) పోలవరం ఫార్మర్స్ ని బలవంతం ఖాళీ చేస్తున్నారు అని పిటిషన్ వేశారు....మళ్ళీ ఇక్కడ కూడా శ్రవణ్ 

సరిగ్గా అదే టైం లో సాక్షి లో ప్రతి రోజు పోలీస్ లని పెట్టి భయ పెడుతున్నారు అని ఆర్టికల్స్ 

3) పురుషోత్త పట్నం(పోలవరం లెఫ్ట్ కెనాల్ ) మీద ఇదే శ్రవణ్ పిటిషన్

          UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                             O R D E R
On 03.12.2018 this Court had passed the following order: 
�In   view   of   the   affidavit   filed   by   the   Union   of
India,   the   States   of   Odisha   and   Chattisgarh   had
stated   categorically   the   information   that   they
require for holding a public hearing. 
The   Union   of   India   will   get   back   to   us   on   whether
they   can   supply   the   information   or   not.   If   not,
why not.�
The   States   of   Odisha   and   Chattisgarh   have   filed   their
affidavit.   It   is   stated   by   learned   ASG   that   States   of   Odisha   and
Chattisgarh   had   received   the   information   only   on   17 th
  and   31 st
December,   2018   respectively.   The   Union   of   India   is   now   working   on
the said information and would be able to give its response within
three weeks.

Mr.   Gopal   Subramaniam,   learned   senior   counsel   appearing   for
the   State   of   Odisha   has   referred   to   the   affidavit   filed   by   the
State   in   response   to   the   aforesaid   order   dated   03.12.2018.   Along
with the said affidavit the deponent has annexed Annexure A-3 which
is letter dated 13.04.2009 and Annexure A-6 which is a copy of the
answer   dated   17.12.2018   by   the   Ministry   of   Water   Resources,   River
Development   and   Ganga   Rejuvenation   in   the   Rajya   Sabha.   Likewise,
State   of   Chattisgarh   has   also   filed   its   affidavit.   The   Union   of
India   while   submitting   its   response   shall     respond   to   the     these
affidavits as well. 
Mr. Jayant Bhushan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf
of the appellant in C.A. No. 2630/2018 submits that in this appeal
I.A.   No.   103515/2018   has   been   filed   in   which   notice   has   been
issued.     In   this   application   the   applicant/appellant   has   stated
that   the   construction   of   Polavaram   Project   is   going   on   without
there   being   any   valid   environmental   clearance.   According   to   him
environmental   clearance   is   required   to   continue   the   construction.
The   Union   of   India   as   well   as   State   of   Andhra   Pradesh   shall
specifically submit their response on this aspect as well.
List the matters on 24.01.2019 at 02.00 P.M. 
Since the  admission and  the denial  should be  completed before
the next date of hearing, we fix the matter for this purpose before
the Registrar on 17.01.2019.

హైదరాబాద్‌: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ రాజకీయాలపై తెరాస కార్యనిర్వాహక అధ్యక్షుడు కేటీఆర్‌ కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. అక్కడి రాజకీయాల్లో తమకు ఎలాంటి పాత్ర లేదని స్పష్టంచేశారు. ఏపీలో ఎవరిని గెలిపించాలో, ఎవరిని ఓడించాలో అక్కడి ప్రజలే నిర్ణయిస్తారని చెప్పారు. సోమవారం ఆయన మీడియాతో ఇష్టాగోష్ఠిలో మాట్లాడారు.  కేసీఆర్‌ తన కింద పనిచేశారని చంద్రబాబు అనడం ఆయన అహంభావానికి నిదర్శనమన్నారు. చంద్రబాబు కాంగ్రెస్‌లో ఉన్నప్పడు అప్పటి సీఎంల కింద పనిచేశారా? అని ప్రశ్నించారు. ఏపీ సీఎం పచ్చి అవకాశవాది అని మండిపడ్డారు. ఎన్నికల తర్వాత ఎన్డీయేలో చేరబోమని చంద్రబాబు గట్టిగా చెప్పలేరన్నారు. ఎన్నికల సమయంలో నేతలు పార్టీలు మారడం సహజమేనని, గతంలో తమ పార్టీ ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు పార్టీలు మారారని గుర్తుచేశారు. మోదీ, రాహుల్‌ సైతం ఇతర పార్టీల నేతలకు కండువాలు కప్పుతూ తమ పార్టీల్లోకి ఆహ్వానిస్తున్నారన్నారు. జనసేన అధినేత పవన్‌ తెలంగాణలో ప్రచారం చేసినా తమకు ఎలాంటి అభ్యంతరంలేదన్నారు. కొన్ని జాతీయ పార్టీల కంటే తెరాసకే ఎక్కువ సీట్లు వస్తాయని ధీమా వ్యక్తంచేశారు.
