Lokesh does not deserve to be a minister even if had won as MLA in 2014. He got that post at the expense of others from the same community. But having said that, he gets my vote as one of the best ministers in CBNs current cabinet. And if I were to pick next cabinet, Lokesh will be there whether he wins as MLA or not. He earned respect after putting lot of effort as a minister. AP needs good administrators for next 30 years, doesn’t matter the party, whoever forms govt should have good administration skills and also have the heart to take up challenges.
