Later it was decreased to 0.5% which was even still high. There wasn't much growth in this point. CBN has taken a major decision by fixing the value at 20K upper limit for registration of the above said deeds. Tax shall be calculated at 0.5% of the registration value and of its below 20k its the same and above 20k the max limit per acre is 20K. Such a gr8 move in this registartion department. It will take 10-15 years to build a strong cadre. TDP already has a solid vote bank. Two terms back to back and many popular schemes will help increase that vote base.
