Humble opinion

This judgement doesn't mean there are no flaws in TRS government

It does not mean people were happy with all that happened, all schemes were superhit/flawless

It also doesn't mean people were happy with all that happened.

Please don't give a clean sheet to TRS government __/\__

There are many flaws in their governance. They won because of 1). Poll Management (removing votes, creating issues in EVMs in opposition stronger booths after their cadre/supporters voted, etc) 2). Buying polling on duty officers, Police department and booth lo vunna opposition agents 3). Strategies like organizing caste meetings & asking for their support & attracting them...meetings in religious places and etc 4). Welfare schemes

More than all of these, there is still TG sentiment and don't want AP to influence on them.

I meet lot of NRI reds,  They blindly support KCR because they believe that KCR can only control CBN.

Reds lost golden opportunity as they have to sit without power for 10 years in TG, but still they are happy that CBN is kept out, though it is very much needed to sustain their businesses.

I think Reds will give good fight in AP in the coming elections, as its do or die situation.

only two things matters in the politics.

1. individual/family welfare : pensions, other pet schemes

2. local development :  providing water(drinking or irrigation), roads, mission kaakateeya, irrigation projects, mission bhageeratha, providing 24 hours power supply, law & order.

in ap cbn has same advantages like kcr .

pensions , chandranna bheema , anna canteens, adarana, loans  to bc/kapu corporations

we have to correct some mistakes in implementation

welfare:

1. chandranna bheema : data entry operator is not entering nominee details in tab . it creating unnecessary problem while claiming from insurance companies.

pensions : give 1000 to husband , another 1000 to wife.  some people taking divorce officially, and applying for individual ration cards to get additional pension.

2. loans to bc/kapu corporations :  banks are not sanctioning loans unless beneficiary deposit margin money . suppose government give 75% subsidy . banks asking 25% margin money to sanction loan . my suggestion whatever amount it gives should be 100% subsidy. suppose currently government give 1 lakh with 75% subsidy , it is better give 75,000 with 100% subsidy. give loans to genuine people. choose less corrupt  people as chairman and directors of corporations at the top level. if genuine person gets benefited from government he will definitely vote to party.

3. housing : government building houses with shear wall technology which cost around 2000 per sq ft . with normal techiniques local contractors are building with 1200 per sq ft . people have to pay loan for 20 years(emi is equivalent to current rent). jagan promising to writeoff these loans. people will vote him as they don't have to pay loan.  my suggestion is build house with normal technology which cost 1200 persqft instead of shearwall technology which cost 2000 per sqft and give house for free. there shouldn't be loan component.

4.instead of giving nirudhyoga bhruti , give 100% fee reimbursement to students studying in college

5. abolish janmabhoomi committees. they are demanding bribes from beneficiaries . people won't tolerate if we take money from their pockets. the animosity towards excess of janmabhoomi committees will cost us dearly.   make welfare universal to deserved . except hardcore tdp haters everybody will vote to tdp.

6. chandranna sankranthi kanuka : remove this scheme as it didn't get required loyalty except wasting money

local development :

1. irrigation projects will have lot of impact on voters . we are going to see this effect (positive vote) in rayalaseema. irrigation projects needs to be given to right contractors like meil and navayuga who can complete projects ontime.  don't give projects to transtroy , cm ramesh who will bring unnecessary headaches with their incompetency.

2. spend less amount on capital construction and scrap vizag, vijayawada metro train projects. people in other district feel that they don't get any benefit from these projects. if the same money invested on irrigation , roads to remote areas tdp will get more votes.

we have to remember that state has few resources. cbn needs to optimize these resources to catch more votes.
