@nvkrishna What happens in Judicial review bro ?.  Can they say due to the deviation it violated some laws and ask for further investigation by CBI ?

And moreover reserve lo pedithe malli daani meedha in general judgement chala time pattidhi ga ravataniki ?

Difficult to tell when will they give verdict as lot of serious cases are coming up for hearing.....

They may cancel  & ask Govt to issue fresh tenders/keep it but order for inquiry.

Basing on arguments, things are not looking good for Government

If there is no sovereign guarantee, then it's not Inter-Government Agreement, it's a private contract which required fresh tender.

Modi violated the DPP to give contracts to Anil Ambani and agreed to pay 40% higher price to Dassault.

Court max can go for probe with judicial oversight like they did for Alok dude. They can’t terminate the deal without it, given no new aircraft has been inducted from 1985 in Airforce (Shame). Pricing information is only with court and given n no. of negotiations and IAF involved that can’t go wrong. So that’s why they are concentrating on procedure for procurement.

The Central Vigilance Commission has found no evidence of corruption by exiled CBI director Alok Verma, as alleged by his deputy Rakesh Asthana, sources have told NDTV a day before the Supreme Court takes up the vigilance inquiry report.

Sources say the top vigilance body has found no evidence of any money transaction, which means Alok Verma may have been cleared of the main allegation of bribe-taking. The vigilance body has, however, found proof of "administrative lapses" on his part, say sources.
