Senate vundi key adi. House for bills which he can blame dems for stopping his agenda. And control over senate can stop his impeachment and nominate federal judges

For him his agenda is continue till 2020 which senate will help. Remember how Obama survived for 6 years when republican has house majority. There will be mutual understanding which trump had to agree for his bills

house, senate both are same. edina bill pass avvali ante you have to win both the houses and president needs to be sign. senate gelichina chinna loop hole use chesukoni bills aputharu filbuster rule ni use chesukoni. danni overcome cheyali ante 60 senators are needed. so atleat you need to be have 60 votes in senate. konni times lo own party vallu kooda eganamalu pedatharu. house lo ilanti sitiuvation undadu

no, it can happen vice versa too. first you can pass bill in senate first and send it to to house. even our Indian parliment works the same in this case.

In india when a bill is passed in Rajyasabha it has more value and it becomes a Live Bill. A live bill will be passed in LS irrespetive of time period of Loka sabha. Ante rajya sabha lo oka sari pass aina billu Loksabha lo eppudaina pettochu even government change aina kuda deeniki kalaparimithi ledu.

If a Bill is passed in only LS its not a live bill. once the governmnet is dissolved before it passes in RS there is no use of it. Ante loksabha lo pass aina bill before governmnet dissolution  rajyasabha lo pass avvakapothey no use. Marla kotha loksabha lo pass avvalsindey.

For example Ladies quota bill passed in RS. It is still alive. It can be passed at anytime in LS.

The Rajya Sabha passed the bill on 9 March 2010.[1] However, the Lok Sabha never voted on the bill.[

One more point.: If majority is not sufficient in one house. Both houses can meet and pass a bill at a time with majority.

One significant difference is, any "money" related bill must originate in the house.

no you can pass bill first RS too in INDIA and send it to LS., but it should not related to the expenditure bill. eg: our special status private bill brought by KVP.  some how special status bill tehy shown it under expenditure and hence stopped vor voting in RS.

DHS appropriation bill first senate lo kada pass ayyindi.

appropriations bills simply distribute the money set forth in the approved budget. in this process both House and senate can work in parallel. on the other hand, bills like raising or cutting taxes ...etc starts in the house.
