Whom will they choose? small count of govt. employees or whole percent of others? We vote based on all other things leaving behind basic structure of how govt. work for people. We are not in Satya yuga or Krutayuga where people do the work that they have to. In this generation, most of the people will work only if they have checkpoints and being monitored or they get benefit. So first thing to be changed is to create/modify checkpoints on their work and monitor to get them worked. But they have to put checkpoint and monitoring system to streamline the working process. Why the so many files are pending? Does it not a concern to people who are power to identify solution for this? If we (people) does not care about such things, we have to bear all this nonsense. If people vote with out concern of these things, how will politicians can take stuborn stand to change the system. It is fault with us and we have to bear it untill we realize. I do not want to deviate the topic but do remember this also one of the major factors for defeat of TDP then, but not just this one.
