sonykongara Posted September 11, 2018 Share Posted September 11, 2018 63 శాతం ఫిట్‌మెంట్ ఇవ్వాలి: ఉద్యోగులు11-09-2018 20:19:28 అమరావతి: 11 వ పీఆర్సీ చైర్మన్ ఆశుతోష్ మిశ్రాను ఏపీ ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల నాయకులు కలిశారు. పీఆర్సీపై వినతిపత్రం అందజేశారు. భేటీ అనంతరం మీడియాతో మాట్లాడిన ఉద్యోగులు.. పెరుగుతున్న ధరల దృష్ట్యా ఉద్యోగులకు 63శాతం ఫిట్‌మెంట్‌తో రూ.25 వేల కనీస వేతనం చెల్లించాలని కోరారు. తాత్కాలిక, ఒప్పంద ఉద్యోగుల సర్వీస్‌లను వెంటనే క్రమబద్ధీకరించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. ప్రభుత్వంలోని వివిధ శాఖల్లో పనిచేస్తున్న పొరుగు సేవల ఉద్యోగులకు హెచ్ఆర్ పాలసీని అమలు చేయాలన్నారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులతో సమానంగా రిటైర్మెంట్ గ్రాట్యుటీ గరిష్టంగా రూ.20 లక్షలు ఇవ్వాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. అదేవిధంగా సీపీఎస్‌ను రద్దు చేసి పాత పెన్షన్ విధానాన్ని పునరుద్ధరించాలన్నారు. The total salaries and pension outlay now is 45000 cr. And also state employees also get DA increase of about 8% every year beyond fitment increase. State Bankrupty may occur within next 5 years. As of now ap state capital expenditure is around 14500 cr and loan is 33000 cr. What that means is as of now state is taking loans for day to day running expenses. For example karnataka state gave 30 percent fitment that too the next fitment increase will be done after 10 years. Previously ap state used to give 10-15 percent pay raise.
