Even if TTDP wants to go with CONG, he is not going to announce or do anything. His target seems to be anti-bjp votes, rather than anti TRS. Any anti-TRS go to CONG, not to TDP. By targetting Modi, he is indirectly given clarity for lot of AP settlers to whom they should vote. I think he would never directly get involved in TG politics.
