rama123 Posted August 29, 2018 Share Posted August 29, 2018 99.3% రద్దైన నోట్లు వెనక్కి నోట్ల రద్దు అట్టర్‌ ఫ్లాప్‌ లెక్క తేలని సొమ్ము కేవలం 10 వేల కోట్లే ఎట్టకేలకు లెక్క తేల్చిన రిజర్వు బ్యాంకు నోట్ల రద్దుకయిన ‘ఖర్చూ’ మిగలని వైనం ప్రధాని మోదీ గద్దె దిగాలంటున్న విపక్షం వచ్చే సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల్లో ఇదే కీలక అస్త్రం రద్దయిన నోట్లు: రూ.15.41 లక్షల కోట్లు బ్యాంకుల్లో జమ: రూ.15.31 లక్షల కోట్లు లెక్కకు రానివి: రూ.10,727 కోట్లు ప్రస్తుతం చెలామణిలో ఉన్న మొత్తం నోట్ల విలువ 18.03 లక్షల కోట్లు నోట్ల రద్దు తర్వాత పెరిగిన కరెన్సీ 37.7% నాటి మాట పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దు నేను అహంకారంతో తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయంగా భావించకండి. ఇలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు డిసెంబరు 30 వరకే. ఆ తర్వాత ఎంతో మేలు జరుగుతుంది. ఒక్కసారి ప్రక్షాళన ముగిసిందంటే చిన్న దోమ కూడా ఉండదు. నా చర్యల వెనుక దురుద్దేశం ఉందని భావిస్తే నడి వీధిలో నన్ను ఉరి తీయండి. -13.11.2016న గోవాలో చెమ్మగిల్లిన కనులతో మోదీ న్యూఢిల్లీ, ఆగస్టు 29: రెండేళ్ల క్రితం ఒక శీతాకాలపు రాత్రి ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ హఠాత్తుగా పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దు ప్రకటన చేసినపుడు జాతి యావత్తు దిగ్ర్భాంతి పోయింది. ఒకేసారి దేశంలోని పెద్ద నోట్లన్నీ రద్దవడం దేశ జనాభాలో తొంభై శాతం మందికి గతంలో ఏ మాత్రం అనుభవంలో లేని వ్యవహారం. మంచికా చెడుకా అనేది ఎవరికీ అర్థం కాలేదు. ‘నల్లధనాన్ని నిర్మూలించడం కోసమే నోట్ల రద్దు నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్న’ట్లు ప్రధాని గంభీర ప్రసంగం చేయడంతో పేద, మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజలు దాన్ని నమ్మారు. తమకు కష్టమైనా భరించాలనే నిర్ణయానికి వచ్చారు. నల్లధనాన్ని ప్రధాని వెలికి తీస్తారని ఆశపడ్డారు. దేశం బాగు పడుతుందని ఆశించారు. రాజకీయ పార్టీలు కూడా మోదీకి లభించిన మద్దతు చూసి పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దు కష్టాలపై గట్టిగా గళమెత్తేందుకు సాహసించలేదు. అయితే, నోట్ల రద్దుతో నగదు లేక నిత్యావసరాలు కొనుక్కోలేని జనం అల్లాడిపోయారు. దేశమంతా క్యూలో నిలబడింది. చివరకు ప్రధాని ప్రజల ముందుకు వచ్చి 50 రోజులు కష్టాలు భరించాలని, తర్వాత ఫలితం చూపించకపోతే నడి బజార్లో ఉరి తీయండంటూ భావోద్వేగ ప్రసంగం చేశారు. దాంతో రాహుల్‌, మమత నేతృత్వంలో ప్రతిపక్షం భారీ ఎత్తున ఆందోళనలు చేపట్టినా ప్రజలు పెద్దగా స్పందించలేదు. కష్టాల్‌ నష్టాల్‌ భరించారు. రెండేళ్లు గడిచాయి. నోట్ల రద్దు గాయాలు మానుతున్న సమయంలో ఆర్‌బీఐ అసలు లెక్కలతో బయటకు వచ్చింది. పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దు అట్టర్‌ ఫ్లాప్‌ అని గణాంకాలు తేల్చాయి. హళ్లికి హళ్లి సున్నకు సున్న తప్ప.... దేశ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థను అల్లకల్లోలం చేసిన మోదీ నిర్ణయంతో ఎలాంటి లాభమూ కలగలేదని నిర్ధారించింది. ప్రధాని రద్దు చేసిన సొమ్ములో 99.3 శాతం తిరిగి తెల్లధనమై బ్యాంకులకు చేరింది. రద్దయిన మొత్తం రూ.15.41 లక్షల కోట్లలో కనీసం ఐదు లక్షల కోట్ల నల్లధనం తేలుతుందని మోదీ సర్కారు భావించగా, కేవలం రూ.10,727 కోట్లు మాత్రమే బ్యాంకులకు చేరలేదని ఆర్‌బీఐ తేల్చింది. అంటే, కనీసం ఒక్క శాతం కూడా మిగల్లేదు. కొత్త నోట్ల ముద్రణకు అయిన రూ.21 వేల కోట్ల ఖర్చులన్నా పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దులో మిగల్లేదు. ఇదికాక నోట్ల రద్దు తర్వాత ఏడాదిలో ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థకు కలిగిన నష్టం రూ.2.25 లక్షల కోట్లని ఆర్థిక నిపుణులు తేల్చారు. నిజానికి మోదీ పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దు రాజకీయ నిర్ణయమని విశ్లేషకులు అంటారు. 2017 మార్చిలో జరిగే ఐదు రాష్ట్రాల శాసనసభ ఎన్నికలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొని మోదీ రద్దు సాహసం చేశారని చెబుతారు. దీనివల్ల విపక్షాలకు ఎన్నికల నిధుల కొరత ఏర్పడటమే కాకుండా అవినీతిపై యుద్ధం ప్రకటించిన నేతగా మోదీ పేదల్లో మంచి పేరు సంపాదించుకున్నారు. ఈ వ్యూహంతో కీలకమైన ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్‌ శాసనసభను బీజేపీ గెలుచుకుంది. బీజేపీ తిరుగులేని రాజకీయ శక్తిగా అవతరించింది. నాడు మోదీ చెప్పిన పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దు లక్ష్యాలు... సమాంతర ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థను అరికట్టడం, నకిలీ నోట్లకు సమాధి కట్టడం, ఉగ్రవాదాన్ని అణచివేయడం... ఏవీ పూర్తిగా సాధించలేదు. ఆ విషయం గ్రహించే ప్రభుత్వం డిజిటల్‌ చెల్లింపుల లక్ష్యాన్ని కొత్తగా చేర్చి ప్రచారం చేసింది. మొదట్లో డిజిటల్‌ చెల్లింపులు పెరిగినా తర్వాత కాలంలో నగదు సరఫరా పెరగడంతో యథాస్థితికి చేరుకున్నాయి. ఇప్పుడు లోక్‌సభ ఎన్నికల ముందు ఈ గణాంకాలన్నీ బయటకు వస్తుండటంతో పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దు విషయంలో మోదీ ఆత్మరక్షణలో పడ్డారు. తాజాగా పంద్రాగస్టు ప్రసంగంలో పెద్ద నోట్ల రద్దు ప్రస్తావన లేకుండా జాగ్రత్త పడ్డారు. రిజర్వు బ్యాంకు నివేదిక బయటకు వచ్చిన నేపథ్యంలో దేశంలో ఇంకా ఏ ప్రధాని అయినా ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితి వస్తే రాజీనామా చేస్తారని విపక్షాలు ధ్వజమెత్తాయి. వచ్చే ఎన్నికల్లో విపక్షానికి ఇదే ప్రధాన అస్త్రం అవుతుందని భావిస్తున్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా ప్రధాని ప్రకటించిన నల్లధనం లక్ష్యాలేవీ చేరుకోలేక పోవడాన్ని సామాన్య ప్రజలు జీర్ణించుకోలేక పోతున్నారు. ఇంత భారీ నిర్ణయమే నల్లధనాన్ని నిర్మూలించలేకపోతే ఎప్పటికైనా ఆ కల నెరవేరేనా? అని నిట్టూరుస్తున్నారు. I would blame Congress/any other local leader for not gaining any ground in Gujarath. Rather than blaming anybody. There should be be alternatives in politics else people will be at losing end.
