‘శ్రీశైలం రిజర్వాయర్‌లోకి 85శాతం నీరు చేరింది. నాగార్జున సాగర్‌లోకి 52 శాతం వచ్చింది. సాగర్‌ దిగువన వాగులు, వంకల నుంచి ప్రకాశం బ్యారేజీకి నీరు చేరింది. పట్టిసీమ వల్ల జూన్‌లోనే కృష్ణా డెల్టా ఆయకట్టుకు నీరిచ్చాం. వైకుంఠపురం ఎత్తిపోతల పథకం పూర్తయి.. బొల్లాపల్లి రిజర్వయర్‌ సిద్ధమైతే సాగర్‌ ఆయకట్టు, పలనాడు ప్రాంతం, ప్రకాశం జిల్లాల రైతాంగానికి సాగునీటి కొరతే ఉండదు. వీటిని రైతుల్లోకి తీసుకెళ్లాలి. రుణమాఫీతో రైతుల్లో భరోసా నింపడం, ఉచితంగా సూక్ష్మ పోషకాలు, రాయితీపై విత్తనాలు, సకాలంలో ఎరువులు, పంట రుణాలు ఇచ్చి ఏవిధంగా పెట్టుబడులు తగ్గించి వ్యవసాయ లాభసాటి చేశామో వివరించాలి. తోతాపురి మామిడి, కందులు, శనగలు, పత్తి, మిర్చి దిగుబడులకు రేటు లేనప్పుడు మార్కెట్‌ జోక్యంతో ప్రభుత్వమే కొనుగోలు చేసి రైతులను ఎలా ఆదుకుందో గుర్తుచేయాలి. ప్రభుత్వం నాలుగేళ్లలో చేసిన పనులను ప్రజల్లోకి తీసుకెళ్లాల్సిన బాధ్యత పార్టీ నాయకులు, కార్యకర్తలదే.’నని చంద్రబాబు స్పష్టంచేశారు. కాగా, తొలిసారిగా ఆటో-డిజేబుల్‌ సిరంజిలు అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకొచ్చామని సీఎం శుక్రవారం ట్విటర్‌లో పేర్కొన్నారు. అన్ని క్లినికల్‌ అవసరాలకు వీటినే ఉపయోగిస్తామన్నారు.

గోదావరి పెన్నా అనుసంధానంపై దృష్టి సారించిన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం దీనికి దక్షిణ కొరియా నుంచి ఆర్థిక సాయం పొందేందుకు ప్రయత్నాలు చేస్తోంది. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు ఎంతో ముఖ్యమైన నేపథ్యంలో అటు కేంద్రం సాయం ఆశిస్తోంది. దక్షిణ కొరియా ప్రభుత్వం ఇలాంటి ప్రాజెక్టులకు పెద్ద మొత్తంలో నిధులను రుణంగా సమకూర్చేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉండగా ఆ నిధిని సద్వినియోగం చేసుకునే ఉద్దేశంతో ప్రయత్నాలు ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. ఇంజినీరింగు పనుల్లో అనుభవం ఉన్న ఆ దేశానికి చెందిన ఓ కంపెనీ కూడా ఈ అంశాల్లో ఆసక్తి చూపుతున్నట్లు తెలిసింది. ఆ దేశం నుంచి రుణం పొందేందుకు రాష్ట్రం మొత్తం మూడు ప్రాజెక్టులను ప్రతిపాదిస్తోంది. అమరావతి నగర అభివృద్ధికి సంబంధించిన ప్రాజెక్టు ఒకటి,  కాకినాడ వద్ద గెయిల్‌ ఆధ్వర్యంలో చేపడుతున్న సంయుక్త ప్రాజెక్టుతో పాటు గోదావరి పెన్నా అనుసంధానాన్ని అందులో చేర్చారు. ఈ మూడు ప్రతిపాదనలకు సంబంధించి దక్షిణ కొరియా నుంచి రుణం కోసం ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారు.ఈడీబీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఈ ప్రాజెక్టులకు పెట్టుబడులు సాధించే ప్రయత్నాలు సాగుతున్నాయి.

83వేల కోట్లతో అనుసంధానం.. 
గోదావరి పెన్నా అనుసంధానానికి దాదాపు రూ.83 వేల కోట్ల అంచనా వ్యయంతో అయిదు దశల్లో చేపట్టాలని వ్యాప్కోస్‌, జలవనరులశాఖ నిపుణులు సంయుక్తంగా ఇప్పటికే ఒక ప్రాథమిక అంచనా సిద్ధం చేశారు. ఇంత మొత్తంలో నిధులు ఖర్చు చేయడం ఒక్క రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం వల్లే సాధ్యం కాదు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో నిధుల అన్వేషణకు అనేక మార్గాలను వెతుకుతోంది. మొత్తం 320 టీఎంసీల గోదావరి వరద జలాల మళ్లింపునకు ఈ ప్రాజెక్టును ఉద్దేశించారు. ఇందులో బొల్లాపల్లి వద్ద ఒక జలాశయం ఏర్పాటు చేసి అక్కడ 190 టీఎంసీల వరకు నిల్వ చేసేందుకు ప్రణాళికలో పొందుపరిచారు. కేంద్ర జలవనరులశాఖ కూడా గోదావరిని పెన్నాతో అనుసంధానించే ఒక ప్రతిపాదన తెరపైకి తీసుకువచ్చింది. తెలంగాణ ప్రాంతం నుంచి ఈ సంధానం ప్రతిపాదించారు. నాగార్జునసాగర్‌ మీదుగా పెన్నాకు గోదావరి జలాలు తరలించే ప్రతిపాదన అది. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ఇందుకు సముఖత వ్యక్తం చేయలేదు. 
పూర్తి స్థాయి

డీపీఆర్‌ అవసరమన్న కొరియా 
దక్షిణ కొరియా నుంచి రుణం సమకూర్చేందుకు ఒక ఇంజినీరింగు కంపెనీ కూడా ప్రయత్నాలు చేస్తోంది. ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రతిపాదించిన మూడు ప్రతిపాదనలను సంబంధిత అధికారులు ఈమధ్యే దిల్లీ వెళ్లి ఆ కంపెనీ ప్రతినిధులకు సమగ్రంగా వివరించారు. అయితే, పూర్తి స్థాయి ప్రాజెక్టు నివేదిక అవసరమని వారు కోరారు. డీపీఆర్‌ తయారు చేసే బాధ్యతను వ్యాప్కోస్‌కు రెండేళ్ల కిందటే జలవనరులశాఖ అప్పచెప్పినా అదింకా పూర్తి స్థాయి నివేదిక సమర్పించలేదు. తాజా ప్రయత్నాల నేపథ్యంలో జలవనరులశాఖ అధికారులు వ్యాప్కోస్‌కు త్వరగా నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలని సూచించారు. ఇది సిద్ధమయితే ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు ఆర్థికంగా ఎంతవరకు లాభదాయకం అన్నది తేలుతుంది. ఇది ఇంకా ప్రాథమిక దశలోనే ఉందని, ప్రతిపాదిస్తున్న మూడు ప్రాజెక్టుల్లో దేనికి రుణం సమకూరుతుందో ఇంకా చెప్పలేమని జలవనరుల శాఖ స్పష్టం పేర్కొంది.

కేంద్రమంత్రి సయితం ప్రస్తావన 
పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు పనుల పరిశీలనకు ఇటీవల రాష్ట్రానికి వచ్చిన కేంద్ర జలవనరులశాఖ మంత్రి గడ్కరీ సయితం గోదావరి పెన్నా అనుసంధానంపై ప్రశ్నించినట్లు తెలిసింది. కేంద్రం ఆర్థిక సాయం చేస్తే తాము ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు చేపట్టేందుకు సిద్ధమని.. నదుల అనుసంధానంతో తాము గోదావరి నీటిని ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలకూ ఇవ్వగలమని  కేంద్రమంత్రికి రాష్ట్ర పెద్దలు తెలియజేశారు. ఇప్పటికే ఈ అనుసంధానంలో గోదావరి నుంచి 73 టీఎంసీలు సాగర్‌ కుడి కాలువ ఆయకట్టుకు తరలించేందుకు వీలుగా రూ.6,020 కోట్ల అంచనా వ్యయంతో టెండర్లు సయితం ఆహ్వానించారు

Why to degrarde ourselves. Even Mumbai gujarat bullet train has issues in acquiring lands. West Bengal had it

we should be proud that we land pooled 33k acres. In the same way the govt may go with a good solution to acquire lands. We need to understand the bonding with the land also.

landpooling is not possible for canals,reservoirs,railway tracks, bullet trains, highways .cbn thought of landpooling for amaravati-anantpur expressway,bhogapuram airport. but farmers opposed landpooling. cbn went for land acquisition for those projects. capital is exception.

Wapcos to undertake survey; Seema will be major beneficiary

Highly advanced LIDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) Survey will be taken up by Water and Power Consultancy Services (India) Limited (WAPCOS) to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for supplying Godavari water directly to Rayalaseema.

The State government is going whole hog for planning and executing another major interlinking of rivers project that is expected to cost Rs. 80,545 crore. After successful linkage between the Godavari and Krishna rivers through the Pattiseema project, now the government is embarking on linking the Godavari with the Penna.

CM offers to talk to Centre

When WAPCOS sought three months for completion of DPR, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu offered to talk directly with the Union government to get the permission required for a LIDAR survey which involves using laser beams from aircraft or even satellites.

The project envisages transporting 20 tmcft from Godavari River to two reservoirs – the existing Somasila Reservoir in the Penna river basin and a new reservoir at Bollapalli. The project report prepared by the AP Hydrology Department was selected over the one prepared by WAPCOS.

The 320 tmcft of water will be transported from Godavari with the aid of 700 km of canal, nine lift irrigation schemes, three old reservoirs and one new reservoir, three tunnels and one aqueduct across the Krishna river.

The project report prepared by the A.P. Hydrology Department was selected over another prepared by WAPCOS for the transporting of 400 tmcft, with the aid of 664 km of canal, one new reservoir and four old reservoirs to be taken up at an estimated cost of Rs. 1,05,625 crore.

Officer on Special Duty to the Minister of Water Resources K. Rajendra Prasad said that the project would be useful for Nellore and Prakasam districts besides the Rayalaseema region.
