That’s why CBN also confidently put those goals of state will be no.1 in X years etc. Modi seems focussing more on north East, UP, Jharkhand etc where there is less development other than his pet states Guj and Maha. At some points these marginalized states have to develop and contribute to nation otherwise they will keep sucking resources from southern states for another 3 generations. Inka mandate ni vadukopotaniki emundhi despite bureaucracy hurdles he is delivering central schemes at record pace and I posted few stats here, they are at 2-4x pace than previous govt. in majority of areas.
