sonykongara Posted February 7, 2019 Author Share Posted February 7, 2019 8న ఏపీఐఐసీ కార్యాలయం ప్రారంభం06-02-2019 05:09:27 మంగళగిరి, ఫిబ్రవరి 5: మంగళగిరిలో రాష్ట్ర పరిశ్రమల మౌలిక సదుపాయాల కల్పనా సంస్థ (ఏపీఐఐసీ) ప్రధాన కార్యాలయాన్ని ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు ఈ నెల 8వ తేదీని ప్రారంభించనున్నారు. ఇందుకోసం ఏపీఐఐసీ అధికారులు ఏర్పాట్లు ముమ్మరం చేస్తున్నారు. రాష్ట్ర విభజనానంతరం.. ఇప్పటి వరకు ఆ సంస్థ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయాన్ని విజయవాడ గురునానక్‌ రోడ్డులోని ఓ ప్రైవేటు అద్దె భవనంలో నడుపుతున్నారు. సొంత భవనం సమకూర్చుకోవాలన్న ఆలోచనతో మంగళగిరి ఆటోనగర్‌ పక్కనే 22.17 ఎకరాల విస్తీర్ణంలో ఐటీ పార్కు పేరుతో వేసిన వెంచర్‌లో జీ+11 భవన సముదాయ నిర్మాణాన్ని చేపట్టారు. తొలుత రూ.46కోట్ల అంచనా వేసినా, చివరికి 2 లక్షల చదరపు అడుగుల విస్తీర్ణంలో భారీ బహుళ అంతస్థులతో నిర్మించడానికి రూ.వంద కోట్లకు పైగా ఖర్చు చేశారు. ఇందులో రెండు సెల్లార్లను పార్కింగ్‌ కోసం కేటాయించారు. పై మూడు అంతస్థులను ఏపీఐఐసీ సొంతానికి, మిగతా తొమ్మిది అంతస్థులను పరిశ్రమలశాఖ, ఇతర ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలకు, మరికొన్ని ఐటీ సంస్థలకు అద్దెకు ఇవ్వనుంది. తద్వారా మంగళగిరిలో మరిన్ని ఐటీ సంస్థలు కొలువు తీరనున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. APIIC Tower-I is a single integrated platform for investors to interact with government officials. The facility brings together institutions responsible for bringing industrial development in AP, providing an important platform for facilitating investments in the Industry sector.Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation is a wholly owned undertaking of AP government, vested with the objective of developing industrial infrastructure through the development of industrial areas within Andhra Pradesh. APIIC has developed more than 300 industrial parks, 21 Auto Nagars and 3 Growth Centres across the State.AP being top in Ease of Doing Business has attracted big investments, especially in the last four years, which has had a phenomenal impact on its economy. Tower-I is Built in an area of 2.26 acres with a project cost of Rs. 110 Cr and built-up space of 2,96,000 sqft. Tower-II will have 3,00,000 sqft built-up space. The facility will bring together institutions responsible for Industrial development in AP, all under one roof: APIIC – responsible for allotting industrial land and developing industrial infrastructure Commissionerate of Industries – responsible for approval and disbursement of incentives along with policy creation and other activities of Industries Department Economic Development Board – responsible for investment promotion in AP APIDC and AP State FiberNet Limited will also have their offices in Tower-I IOT Exhibition Centre Experience Centre – an entire floor has been dedicated to providing information to investors, wherein kiosks of all government departments will be set up to help investors understand Policies, Incentives, Industry sector's potential in all districts of AP Apart from the Experience Center on the 8th floor, APIIC office on the 11th floor also houses an ‘APIIC Experience Center’, equipped with state of the art interactive displays. APIIC Experience Centre will provide an interactive map of Andhra Pradesh’s industrial land, giving information on energy and trunk infrastructure like roads, water, power. With large touchscreen displays, investors can understand ‘Online Land Application’ and ‘Online Building Permit System’.
