sonykongara Posted June 13, 2018 Share Posted June 13, 2018 బెంగళూరు సిటీ కాంగ్రెస్ కైవసం...13-06-2018 17:49:42 బెంగళూరు: జయనగర్ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నిక గెలుపుతో రాష్ట్ర రాజధాని బెంగళూరులో కాంగ్రెస్ నెంబర్ వన్ పొజిషన్‌కు చేరుకోగా...బీజేపీ డీలాపడింది. తాజా గెలుపుతో ఐటీ సిటీ బెంగళూరులో 28 స్థానాలకు గాను కాంగ్రెస్ 16 స్థానాలు గెలుచుకున్నట్టయింది. సిట్టింగ్ ఎమ్మెల్యే, బీజేపై అభ్యర్థి బీఎన్ విజయకుమార్ ఎన్నికలకు కొద్ది రోజుల ముందు మృతి చెందటంతో జయనగర్ ఎన్నికను రద్దు చేశారు. తాజాగా ఈ నియోజకవర్గానికి నిర్వహించిన ఎన్నికలో కాంగ్రెస్ సీనియర్ నేత ఆర్.రామలింగారెడ్డి కుమార్తె సౌమ్యారెడ్డి తన సమీప బీజేపీ అభ్యర్థి బీఎన్ ప్రహ్లాద్‌పై గెలుపొందారు. దీంతో పదేళ్ల తర్వాత బీజేపీ నుంచి జయనగర్ నియోజకవర్గం మళ్లీ కాంగ్రెస్ చేతికి వచ్చింది. జయనగర్ ఉపఎన్నికలో సానుభూతి పవనాలు తమకే వీస్తాయని ఆశించిన బీజేపీ ఇక్కడ విజయ్‌కుమార్ కుమారుడు బీఎన్ ప్లహ్లాద్ బాబును బరిలోకి దింపింది. అయితే బుధవారంనాడు వెలువడిన ఫలితాలు బీజేపీ ఆశలపై నీళ్లు చల్లాయి. జేడీఎస్, కాంగ్రెస్ కూటమి రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పాటు చేసిన తర్వాత కాంగ్రెస్ రెండు సీట్లలో గెలుపొందడం బీజేపీకి పెద్ద దెబ్బే. దక్షిణ బెంగళూరులోని జయనగర్ సీటు 2008 డీలిమిటేషన్ తర్వాత బీజేపీ అనుకూలంగా ఉంటూ వచ్చింది. దానికి ముందు ఆర్.రామలింగారెడ్డి 1989 నుంచి 2008 వరకూ వరుసగా నాలుగుసార్లు ఇక్కడ గెలుపొందారు. డీలిమిటేషన్ తర్వాత కుల సమీకరణల దృష్ట్యా రామలింగారెడ్డి పొరుగున ఉన్న బీటీఎం లేఔట్‌కు వెళ్లిపోయారు. అక్కడ నుంచి కూడా ఆయన మూడు సార్లు నెగ్గారు. జయనగర్ నియోజకవర్గంలో 70 శాతానికి పైగా ప్రజలు మధ్యతరగతి, ఎగువ మధ్యతరగతి ఓటర్లే. బెంగళూరులోని విలాసవంతమైన రెసిడెన్షియల్ ఏరియాగా కూడా జయనగర్‌కు పేరుంది. ఈ అంశాలే గత అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలు, లోక్‌సభ ఎన్నికల్లో బీజేపీకి కలిసొచ్చాయి. బీజేపీ కంచుకోటగా మారిన ఈ నియోజకవర్గంపై కాంగ్రెస్ సైతం కొద్దినెలల క్రితం ఆశలు వదిలేసుకుంది. స్థానిక ఎంపీ, కేంద్ర మంత్రి అనంతకుమార్ స్యయంగా ఈసారి బీజేపీ ప్రచారానికి సారథ్యం వహించారు. బీజేపీ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు బీఎస్ యడ్యూరప్ప కూడా ప్రచారబరిలోకి దిగి...జేడీఎస్-కాంగ్రెస్ అపవిత్ర కూటమిని తిప్పికొట్టాలని ఓటర్లను కోరారు. బీజేపీతో పోలిస్తే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రచారం చాలా చప్పగానే సాగింది. పార్టీకి చెందిన పెద్దనాయకులెవరూ ప్రచారంలోకి రాలేదు. రామలింగారెడ్డి ఒక్కరే తన కుమార్తె తరఫున ప్రచారం సాగించారు. అయితే బీజేపీ ఊహించని విధంగా బెంగళూరు సిటీలో ఆ పార్టీ ఆశలకు ఈసారి గండిపడింది. 20 సీట్లు గెలుచుకుంటామని ఆశించిన బీజేపీ కేవలం 11 సీట్లకే పరిమితమైంది. వీటిలోనూ ఐదు సీట్లు అతి తక్కువ తేడాతో గెలిచినవే. మోదీ ప్రభావం లేదు... బెంగళూరు సీటిలో కాంగ్రెస్ అత్యధిక స్థానాలు సాధించుకుని పట్టు సాధించడంపై కర్ణాటక కాంగ్రెస్ స్పందించింది. 'సీటీ ఏరియాల్లో తమకు తిరుగులేదన్న బీజేపీ వాదన వీగిపోయింది. బెంగళూరు వంటి కీలక సిటీలో బాగా దెబ్బతింది. మోదీ ప్రభావం ఎంతమాత్రం లేదని తేలిపోయింది. 2019 ఎన్నికల్లో మేము మా పనితీరును మరింత మెరుగుపరుచుకుంటాం' అని కెపీసీసీ వర్కింక్ ప్రెసిడెంట్, ఐదుసార్లు ఎమ్మెల్యేగా ఎన్నికైన దినేష్ గుండూరావు అన్నారు. ఫలితాలపై విశ్లేషించుకుంటాం: బీజేపీ బెంగళూరు సిటీలో బీజేపీ పట్టుసడలి, కాంగ్రెస్ అత్యధిక స్థానాల్లో గెలవడం బీజేపీని దిగ్భ్రాంతికి గురిచేసింది. ఫలితాలను విశ్లేషించి, లోక్‌సభ ఎన్నికల్లో వ్యూహాలను మార్చుకుంటామని బీజేపీ తెలిపింది. తాజా ఫలితాలపై యడ్యూరప్ప వ్యాఖ్యానించేందుకు నిరాకరించారు. అయితే యడ్యూరప్ప వర్గీయులు మాత్రం స్థానిక ఎంపీనే ఓటమికి బాధ్యత వహించాలని అంటున్నారు.
