Vulavacharu Posted May 28, 2018 Share Posted May 28, 2018 http://www.andhravijayam.com/andhra/news/the-cm-orders-to-deny-the-false-propaganda-on-parakala-32532/ ప్రభుత్వ సలహాదారు పరకాల ప్రభాకర్పై కొంతమంది పనిగట్టుకుని తప్పుడు ప్రచారం చేస్తున్న విషయం ఆనోటా ఈనోటా సీఎం దృష్టికి వెళ్లింది. అలాంటి తప్పుడు ప్రచారం జరుగుతుంటే చూస్తూ ఊరుకోవటం సరికాదని సీఎం ముఖ్యుల సమావేశంలో అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. పరకాల ప్రభాకర్ పాత్ర చాలా కీలకం అని, రాబోయే ఎన్నికల్లో కూడా ఆయన సేవలు చాలా అవసరం అనే విషయం అందరూ గుర్తుంచుకోవాలని అందరికీ సీఎం గట్టిగా చెప్పినట్టు తెలిసింది. అలాంటి ప్రచారాలను తిప్పి కొట్టాలని ముఖ్య అధికారులకు, మీడియా విభాగంలో పని చేసే ఉద్యోగులకు సీఎం సూచించారు. గతేడాది వైజాగ్ మహానాడులో ఎన్టీఆర్ కి భారత రత్న ఇవ్వాలని కోరుతూ తీర్మానం కూడా పరకాల ప్రవేశ పెట్టారు. పరకాల కంట్రిబ్యూషన్ ఏంటనేది చాలా మందికి తెలియక పోవచ్చు గానీ తనకు తెలుసని సీఎం వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వానికి సంబంధించి మీడియా సలహాదారుగా ఆయనపై గతంలో కంటే ఇప్పుడు మరింత బాధ్యత పెడుతున్నాం అని సీఎం అధికారులకు చెప్పినట్టు సమాచారం. పరకాల ప్రభాకర్ సతీమణి నిర్మలా సీతారామన్ ప్రస్తుతం కేంద్ర రక్షణ శాఖ మంత్రిగా ఉన్నారు. ఢిల్లీ జేఎన్యూలో, లండన్ స్కూల్ ఆఫ్ ఎకనామిక్స్లో అనేక ఉన్నత విద్యార్హతలు పొందిన డా.పరకాల ప్రభాకర్ నరసాపురం లో జన్మించారు. వీరి తండ్రి పరకాల శేషావతారం ఏపీ మాజీ మంత్రి, నరసాపురం మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే. ప్రస్తుతం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వంలో కేబినెట్ మంత్రి స్థాయిలో గల “కమ్యూనికేషన్స్ సలహాదారు” గా ఉన్నారు. శ్రీ పీవీ నరసింహరావు ప్రధానిగా ఉన్న సమయంలో వారి ఇంట్లోనే ఉంటూ, జేఎన్యూలో చదువుతూ పీవీ గారికి చేదోడు వాదోడుగా పరకాల ఉండేవారు. తర్వాతి కాలంలో బీజేపీ ఏపీ అధికార ప్రతినిధిగా, అనేక సంవత్సరాలు రాజకీయ వ్యాఖ్యాతగా, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లోని టెలివిజన్ ఛానళ్లలో రాజకీయ విశ్లేషకునిగా, ప్రయోక్తగా మంచి గుర్తింపు పొందారు. అతడు ప్రజారాజ్యం పార్టీకి మాజీ అధికార ప్రతినిధి మరియు జనరల్ సెక్రటరీ గా కూడా పనిచేసే వారు. కానీ ఆ పార్టీలో జరుగుతన్న అనేక అవకతవకలు, సైద్ధాంతిక వైరుధ్యాలతో ఆత్మవంచన చేసుకోలేక బయటకు వచ్చేసారు. పరకాల నిష్క్రమణ ప్రజారాజ్యంకు ఆనాడు కోలుకోలేని దెబ్బ. అందుకే ఇప్పటికీ ఆ కుటుంబం పరకాల పేరు చేబితే అబ్బా అంటారు. రాష్ట్ర విభజన సమయంలో సమైక్యాంధ్ర ఉద్యమము లో క్రియాశీలకంగా పాల్గొన్నారు. “విశాలాంధ్ర మహాసభ” కు వ్యవస్థాపక కార్యదర్శిగా ఉన్నారు. ఆ తర్వాతి కాలంలో రాష్ట్ర పునర్నిర్మాణానికి, నూతన రాష్ట్ర వికాసానికి తన అనుభవం ఉపయోగపడుతుందని చంద్రబాబు భావించి ఆహ్వానం పలకటంతో ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వానికి సలహాదారుగా ఉన్నారు. వారి శ్రీమతి కేంద్రమంత్రి కాబట్టి దాని వలన ఏపీకి ఉపయోగం ఉంటుందనే పరకాల ప్రభాకర్ను చంద్రబాబు తెలివిగా తీసుకున్నారు అనుకునే వారు గతంలో కొందరు. ఆ తర్వాత అలాంటి వారు తమ అభిప్రాయాలను మార్చుకున్నారు. కారణం నిర్మలా సీతారామన్కు కేంద్ర మంత్రి పదవి రాకముందే ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం సలహాదారుగా పరకాలను తీసుకున్నారు. పైగా సీతారామన్ చాలా స్వతంత్ర్యంగా వ్యవహరించే వ్యక్తిత్వం ఉన్నవారు. వారిని ప్రభావితం ఎవరూ చేయలేరు. పరకాల తొలి నాళ్లలో మీడియా ముందుకు తరచుగా వచ్చేవారు. కానీ ప్రస్తుతం సీఎంకు రోజు వారీ ఆంతరంగిక సమావేశాలు, విదేశీ పర్యటనలకు ప్రిపరేషన్, వాటి ఫాలోఅప్స్, స్ట్రాటజీస్ వంటి వాటిపై ఎక్కువ దృష్టి నిలిపారు. సీఎం తాజాగా చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలను బట్టి పరకాల పాత్ర ప్రస్తుత తరుణంలో కీలకం కాబోతోంది.
