Kiran Posted April 27, 2018 Share Posted April 27, 2018 India added 472,075 employees to the state-run social security fund in February, after adding 604,557 in January, new data on payrolls released on Wednesday showed, giving a guide to how many new jobs are being created in the non-farm sector. bnalluri Posted April 27, 2018 Share Posted April 27, 2018 LOL lets assume we add 500k jobs every month, it would come to 6 mil jobs every year that too with market at its peak and dont forget we have 60 per out population under 40. with this we are going to additional backlog and india needs to produce at least 18 mil jobs to keep growth rate at 7- 8 per which is not likely going to happen with out push for infra. For e.g in our company we have not given pf in salary breakup of employees till 2016.
