This is what happened in 2017 Assembly by-elections:

All surveys are unanimous on election result: My interpretation of surveys

1. Triangular contest: Congress win. Seats may vary from 100-130.

2. If JD (S) supports BJP, alliance may get 120-150

3. If JD (S) supports congress, alliance may get 150-180.

Just to win 1 Rajya Sabha seat, Congress split JD (S). We have to see how Devegowda & Kumaraswamy will react on this.

Wherever National parties have strong local leaders, that party is winning elections. On that thing, Congress should win as he is the most popular choice for Chief Minister in all surveys.

BJP was on massive upswing from 2014-16 but is on continuous down-swing from then onwards just like in rest of India...... Will it bounce-back?

Does BJP has a strong face to project as CM in opposition to Sidha, that itself gives us the result.

ONly option would be BJP DG ni duvvi ninne CM chestanu ani they may ally together and contest, later ditch DG (Typical BJP politics what they are doing in all states)

Ey news bro?

In kannada news channel.. After release of election date.. Devagowda said we are ready for seat share with congress.. But how many seats can congress give is a question he said.. He told he will discuss with party seniors.. If party seniors bring some good working proposal.. There is no issue in tie up with congress..
