I have no doubt about it. that is not the point. issue is public mindset (resentment towards a capital Amaravati). pick randomly 10 college students each from the above 3 districts and chittoor and ask their opinion about development in Amaravati. you will see the difference. Srikakukulam dt lo river interlinking works are going ahead and Bhavanapadu port work will start. Vizayanagaram ki airport and Girijana University ichharu kadha. With Bhavanapadu port and new airport the face of these two districts will change drastically. The big problem with these two districts Vizag.
