ravindras Posted February 17, 2018 Author Share Posted February 17, 2018 some times eenadu also wrote articles about abnormal cost escalation in some irrigation projects . it mentioned that collusion between contractors and bureaucrats. in one project ritwik company managed by cm ramesh. eenadu, aj, ntv,tv9 (forget about sakshi) . if all media including those who are favor to tdp also making allegations, then government have to take corrective action. simply denying/ignoring allegations won't help cbn. atleast we have to trust eenadu upto some extent, this paper gives constructive criticism/feedback . Ex: Central Govt's injustice to state of Andhra Pradesh. Let's put all our strengths on this kind of issues. Many positive things are happening in the state which we need to campaign. NTV and other Hyd based media is not even taking these to people. Let's put all our time which we can spend in social media on the positive things. Now CM Ramesh is also working hard and fighting for AP rights in Parliament. So, maligning his image, threatening him and etc are the motives behind the timing of this program. Let's not worry about them. Do you ever see these NTV, TV9 and etc casting their programs on Jagan's lacks of crores of corruption. Nope. That's how these channels work. Dont lose sleep over these but move onto other things i am not worrying about ntv,tv9 shows . when i read some articles in eenadu, some times i feel that if these things not controlled it will delay completion of irrigation projects. if completion of projects delayed due to incompetent contractors it may impact in next elections. taking corrective action at right time ultimately helps cbn/tdp. please remember people vote based on outcomes. i trust eenadu for its constructive criticism. in case of irrigation projects it generally gives following reasons. 1. whether cost escalation happened due to design change, genuine concerns of rate escalation like cement price,steel price, labor cost , contractor and bureaucrats collusion 2. whether project delayed due to contractor incompetency, payment delay to contractor, r&r issues, external factors like environment clearance problems, court cases, interstate problems, design issues.
